Z.O.E is doing some exercises in the ring in the empty arena. Maverick comes walking out and sees her and marches to the ring with a purpose. He slides in and she stops and just kinda stares at him.
Maverick Edge- What happened to ballet?
Z.O.E doesn't say anything
Maverick Edge- Look, I've been trying to track you down all week and somehow you've stayed hidden, but how could you make this big of a change and not even run it past me? Or even ask me to train you? Who trained you?
Z.O.E- The who's not important. Look I didn't tell you because let's be honest, we're not especially close. Your 12 years older than me, you moved out when I 5 and barely ever visited. You didn't even come to my high school graduation. So sorry if I didn't feel the need to tell you what I was up to.
Maverick Edge- I....but like these last couple years we've hung out alot.
Z.O.E- We were both hanging out with Godzilla, who was at my graduation for whatever that's worth.
Maverick Edge- Did he know?
Z.O.E- Tank figured it out after he saw me on a local show but promised not to say anything, and he fully voiced his opposition to it but said he wasn't going to change my mind if it's what I really wanted to do.
Maverick Edge- I'm not here to talk you out of anything, Forgive me for caring about you. And maybe I haven't shown that a lot, maybe at all, but I do. The only good thing mom& dad ever did was have you. I did write you a letter every week when I was in the Navy.
Z.O.E- Well, you can take me out for a victory dinner later tonight.
Maverick puts his arms out and they hug.
