Great question right? What makes us better than all the other feds that you have joined or are thinking about joining? A great owner would tell you everything that you want to hear and then promise you the world to get you to join. I'm not going to do that. The Empire has a rich history of great RPers that gave me everything they had over the years and the reason that I brought the Empire back was to reflect on the past and build a future. On our relaunch, some of the old guys came back, others stopped by and read the results and others walked away for good and never came back. I'm good with all that. I love all these guys for what they did for me then and I appreciate what the next generation of superstars are doing today.
So what makes the Empire stand out and what are we really about? So, in a nutshell; I really love to write. And honestly I don't mean the matches. I love storylines, drama, segments and angles. That's what the Empire is about. Great storytelling. We don't judge people on how good a role-player you are or aren't. I want storytellers. People that want to read results and say... holy shit I never expected that!!!
The Empire is now defined as a angle or hybrid federation. What is an angle/hybrid efed? We do not require RP's for your matches.
So how does the Empire run without roleplaying? Simple, you send in segments for the show and we build the results around that. You can write as many segments as you want. Run-ins also are allowed and will also be counted toward your match. The more effort you put in the better shot you have at winning.
What if you don't send segments in? Is that an automatic loss? No. I use TNM7 to simulate the matches and then I doctor them up to meet the level of match that I am happy to post. Let's face it, if I post the results created by TNM7 or Zeus it would look very robotic. Not a great way to run a fed. I want my shows to pop. To leave you guys wanting to come back and read the next show, and the next show and hopefully more and more. If nobody sends segments or run-ins for their matches then TNM7 decides the winner and loser. Totally random.
I can't promise that the Empire is going to be everything that you're looking for. We want people to join, have a good time and tell a great story. we encourage people to join other efeds. To branch out and experiance what other efeds have to offer. I think that if the efed world is ever going to grow back to what it once was, it is to share the wealth. I just ask you to try us out and see how it goes.
