The afternoon of the pay per view...
[ Fans are already camping out outside the MGM Grand Garden Arena hoping to get and early glimpse of their favorite superstars as they arrive for tonight’ s show. The crowd gets stirred into a frenzy as a long black limo pulls up to the red-carpet set-up for the wrestlers. The limo driver gets out and walks to the side door where he opens it and out steps the World Heavyweight Champion Go-D dressed in a business suit with dark sunglasses on, holding his World Heavyweight title in one hand and the Prophetic book in the other. Next is Conner Edge. The looming big man is also dressed in a suit and looks a little awkward as he takes his place at Go-D’s side. Following them is the tag team of Mike Thompson and Chris Simmons. They too have matching suits and glasses, but Simmons is wearing a tie. Next top step out of the limo is the TV Champion Diamond Dallas Page. Page is dressed casual with jeans and a button-down shirt, looking very different from the rest of the group as he carry’s his TV title with pride slinging it over his shoulder. Next to step out is Kevin Nash. Wearing just a tee-shirt and jean shorts with flip flops, the former World Champion looks to be the most casual of the group. He slides his sunglasses up pulling his long hair back and takes a sip of his cherry flavor big gulp and smiles as the fans as camera flashes surround him. ]
“Big Sexy” Kevin Nash – Gotta love me some Pa-pa-razi!!!
[ Next to step out from the limo are Mike Sanders and Lance Storm, the Thrillers. Lance, looking very serious as usual; is wearing a red tee-shirt with a white Canadian maple leaf emblem on it. He has sweatpants on with a fanny-pack. Mike Sanders is more the serious type as he is dressed in a full-blown suit and tie with dark sunglasses and gold cufflinks. Last to step out of the limo is the CEO of the World Wrestling Empire Shane McMahon. Most of the crowd lets out a collective boo as Shane just adjusts his suit coat and makes his way up the red carpet taking the lead. Halfway up the red carpet, Maxwell Shaw is standing by waiting with a smile and mic in hand as he stops the group. ]
Maxwell Shaw – Gentlemen, welcome to High Stakes. Shane, what a huge show the Empire has in store for its fans tonight. Two big title matches and five grudge matches.
The CEO of the World Wrestling Empire Shane McMahon – We aim to please Max, and we think that with the card we have put together tonight we will bring in buy in huge numbers. The boss should be very happy with the amount of money we are making him with this show. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have a show to prepare for.
[ Shane motions for the Thrillers to follow him as they enter the building. Maxwell then turns to Go-D. ]
Maxwell Shaw – Go-D, last Thursday night you defeated Prophet to retain the World Heavyweight Championship, but what was even more devastating for Prophet was that you took from him that book in your hands. The Book of Prophecy, he prefers to call it.
[ Go-D smiles as the entire group gets a kick out of that name Prophet likes to call the book. ]
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – What, this little thing. Listen, Prophet is nothing but a two-bit carney. Any one of you can go out and buy this piece of garbage for five bucks at the corner five and dime. The guy is delusional if he thinks that this book is really about him. Let’s see how long he lasts without his little binkie.
[ The group laughs at that comment as Max turns toward Conner Edge. ]
Maxwell Shaw – Conner, the last month has seen not only you and Mance Warner in a blood feud over Salena, but we have also seen you auspiciously being taken under the wing of the World Champion Go-D...
[ Go-D steps between Max and Conner. ]
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – Conner has nothing to say to you or anyone else. He’s Legacy now and he’s going to let his actions tonight in and out of the ring speak for themselves. Now if you’ll excuse us, we have an ass kicking to get ready for.
[ Go-D escorts Conner into the building as Maxwell turns now toward Diamond Dallas Page. ]
Maxwell Shaw – Champ, always a pleasure to see you here in the Empire.

Maxwell Shaw – Tonight you face the former World Champion Alexander Stone who earned this title shot back at All Hallows Evil when he captured the briefcase with this title shot in it. How are you feeling and are you prepared for the power game that Stone is going to bring tonight?
The World Wrestling Empire Television Champion Diamond Dallas Page – Am I ready for him? How can anybody be ready for a guy with that size and that much power? Let’s be real, if Stoner hits me with that Stonebreaker; it’s lights out. But you gotta hit me first. I’m willing to be that my cardio and my yoga training has me in ten times better shape than that gorilla.
Maxwell Shaw – So you contribute your string of wins due to your yoga training? Damn straight. [ Page makes the sign of the Diamond Cutter and storms off into the building after Go-D and Conner. Maxwell just shakes his head and looks now toward Crazy Man and Messiah. ]
Maxwell Shaw – Guys, I’m not sure how we’re going to top DDPYOGA.COM (a phone number and website address blinks across the screen) but we’re going to give it a shot. The two of you have a, no pun intended; massive match against Massive Mike tonight where if you lose, you have put your careers on the line. Now rumors being as they may, it seems that Massive Mike may be backing down from that agreement and will be willing to let the two of you stay for a lesser agreement.
[ The two Hall of Famers laugh at that idea. ]
“Crazy Man” Mike Thompson – You’re kidding right? Pulling out legs? Fucking with us?
[ Maxwell starts to get nervous as he starts to see that crazy eye of Crazy Man start to twitch anytime he gets fired up. ]
Maxwell Shaw – Don’t shoot the messenger guys. These are all just speculations and rumors.
[ Crazy Man jabs a finger in Maxwell’s chest. ]
“Crazy Man” Mike Thompson – You see Maxey, it’s shit like this that really pisses me off!!! Massive Mike opens his big fat yak and the whole internet blows up!!! All these little internet geeks start getting wood over something that a two bit loser like Massive Mike throws out there just to get click bait.
[ Chris Simmons cuts in. ]
“Messiah” Chris Simmons – Easy boy, easy. Dial it back a notch. Max, what would make Massive Mike think that he has a say over anything that we do? Does Massive Mike have the sex appeal that we have? No!!! Does Massive Mike had the title belts that we have collected over the years? No!!! Is Massive Mike a Hall of Famer like we are? No!!! [ Crazy Man now steps in-front of Chris. ]

[ Chris and Mike walk into the building as that leaves only Kevin Nash standing there drinking what is left of his Big Gulp. ]

“Big Sexy” Kevin Nash – I dunno, what can be said? Those guys are like my brothers. They’re all amped up, but I’m just chillin here in my shorts and flips flops. There aint no reason to get so jacked up. You just gotta go out there and take care of Legacy business.
Maxwell Shaw – Speaking of Legacy business, tonight you will be facing Psycho Messiah...
[ Nash puts his ear closer to Maxwell. ]
“Big Sexy” Kevin Nash – Who? Who are we talking about again?

[ Nash looks jokingly surprised. ]

[ That pisses Nash off. ]
“Big Sexy” Kevin Nash – Serious? You want me to be serious? Fine I’ll give you serious. Tell me one reason why I should fear Psycho Messiah? Is it because he comes out here week after week and cuts a decent promo? No, the kid is like Casper. He don’t say a word unless asked. Should I be afraid of him because he’s got mad skills in the ring? Give me a break. This kid’s nine and six. That’s a cunt hair over five hundred. I was that when I was Vinnie Vegas for fucks sakes. [ The shows opens with the Titantron showing the Empires new promo video package with all the stars of the Empire like Alexander Stone hitting his Stonebreaker, Tank Edge locking on his Recliner, Amber Nova punishing someone with her Nova Driver Travis Blake nailing someone with the Weapon X!!! We see the Bullet Club led by Travis Blake blasts across the big screen as well as Go-D leading his Legacy team. The music of "Till I Collapse" by Eminem echoing across the arena in unison with the pyrotechnics lighting the place up. The entire arena erupts in a chorus of cheers as the show comes on air. The music and pyro's stop as the cameras fade down to our broadcast table as Mike Godwinn and “The Living Legend” Pezzer are standing by. ]
Mike Godwinn – Special ed? He’s he in a subtle way, calling Psycho Messiah a SPED?
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Nash can call him anything he wants. I’m not the guy that has to climb into the ring with him tonight. You couldn’t pay me enough to take this match with Nash.
Mike Godwinn - Good evening, folks and welcome to High Stakes!!! I am your host, Mike Godwinn and I am joined by my broadcast colleague, and self-proclaimed Living Legend and Empire Hall of Famer Pezzer!!! Pezzer, what a jammed packed card we have tonight for everyone. Each and every match has something on the line, and it all leads to the main event where Travis Blake puts his United States title on the line against Godzilla Sanchez. We all watched just ten nights ago on Thanksgiving when the Three Best friends consisting of Godzilla, Maverick and Alexander Stone defeated the Bullet Club to become the new World Six-man Tag Team champions!!!
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Don’t remind me. The afterparty was a complete bust and then at Ladies’ Night Out Amber lost her Women’s National title and the Mean Girls lost their match against Aoife and Courtney. It’s been a horrific two weeks for the Bullet Club. The only thing that could possibly make it worse is if Godzilla beats Travis tonight.
Mike Godwinn – We have already seen a shift of power these past few weeks, but can you imagine what things would be like if Godzilla could win the United States title? What an opportunity for Godzilla tonight. But speaking of opportunities. Let’s talk about the opportunity that Alexander Stone has earned when he participated in the Trick or Treat match back at All Hallows Evil when he secured the case that held the TV title contract in it.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – This is a huge opportunity for Stone tonight as he goes head-to-head with Diamond Dallas Page for Pages championship. Stone already has a huge win over another Hall of Famer in Tank back at the Day of Reckoning pay per view event. Tonight, Stone could put another notch in his belt.
Mike Godwinn – Folks, that’s not all. On top of those two titles matches, we also have five incredible grudge matches. Let’s start with the blood feud and I mean blood feud between Conner Edge and Mance Warner. This all started when Mance accused Conner of seducing Salena and sleeping with her. Mance snapped and attacked Conners step-father and then Tank himself.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – If there’s one match tonight that I think could get really ugly it’s this one. These guys are going to rip each other apart. I don’t think there’s a ring big enough to contain these two guys!!!
Mike Godwinn – Talking about two guys that can’t stand each other, this feud between Chandler Hopkins and Jake Owens has been going on for weeks now. Owens is hell bent on ending the Cowboy and Hopkins would just love to see Owens spend the day on his ranch shoveling up cow shiznit.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Let’s not forget that Owens has those two steel chains and I promise you he will find a way to use them, you can bet your last dollar on that. Hopkins better find a way to keep those chains out of play.
Mike Godwinn – That’s easier said than done, but what also is easier said than done is beating the odds facing Mitch Fierce tonight as he collides headlong against Tony Tran and the Golden BoyZ in a three on one match where Tran is putting up one-hundred thousand dollars if Mitch can defeat him. If Mitch loses, it’s ass-kissing time right in the middle of the ring!!! Earlier today, we heard from Mitch Fierce. Let’s go back and hear what the big man had to say.
Earlier in the day....
[ The videotron shows Mitch Fierce entering the arena. Fierce has his wrestling gear and is in his street clothes which is a black muscle shirt, blue jeans, and boots. Fierce starts walking and then stops when he spots Cindy Meyers and a camera crew. Cindy decides she wants to take that opportunity to get a word with Fierce. As Cindy approaches Fierce, Mitch shakes his head no as he then looks into the camera seeing the red light is on. Fierce looks away from the camera talking to Cindy. ]
Mitch Fierce - I don’t feel like answering any questions. All you need to know is what I’m about to say to Tony Tran and the Golden BoyZ so listen up.
[ Mitch Fierce looks dead into the camera. ]
Mitch Fierce - Tony Tran you low life piece of crap. You cheated me out of 50,000. Money that I won. You got your Golden BoyZ DQ'ed and then you took your 50,000 and tucked your tail between your legs and screwed me out of the money a DQ didn’t get me to the pay window for the 50 large. I haven’t forgotten that, Tony. I haven’t forgotten how you hit me with that briefcase. Tonight, 100,000 dollars is on the line. I win, I get it. I lose I have to kiss your ass in the middle of the ring. Let me make it very damn crystal clear as I can to you Tony where even a moron like you can understand. I’m not going to be kissing your ass. I get my hands on you, I’m going to brutalize you. You think that I hurt you the first time around? That was nothing, I mean nothing compared to what I’m going to do to you tonight. [ Fierce pauses then continues. ]

You’re thinking that my night with Aoife might throw me off just enough for me to screw up and for you and the Million Dollar Dream Team to beat me and then humiliate me by making me kiss your ass. You’re thinking my mind isn’t going to be in the match but let me assure you that I’m going to leave no doubt that I’m focused. I’m focused on tearing you and the Million Dollar Dream team apart and getting my 100,000. The monster is going to be unleashed tonight. I’m done messing around with you Tran and Million Dollar Dream Team. I showed mercy once. I will not show it again Tran. The numbers don’t bother me. I don’t give a damn that its three on one. I’m coming to get my pound of flesh Tony and when I get my hands on you, I’m tearing you apart! I’m taking your money and I’m finished with you. I’m not kissing your ass, Tran. I’m kicking your ass and giving you the worst damn beating you’ve ever had! I’ve waited long enough now it’s time to put you down Tran once and for all. Million Dollar Dream Team, Golden BoyZ whatever the hell you call yourselves you know I had you beat in our handicap match. Tony got you DQ'ed. That’s not going to happen this time. [ Fierce walks away from the camera then stops in front of Cindy. ]
Mitch Fierce - Been your pleasure.
[ Fierce walks past Cindy leaving her standing there as he rounds a corner and runs into Tony Tran and the Million Dollar Dream Team. Fierce glares at Tony Tran who starts laughing. ]
“The Million Dollar Man” Tony Tran - Well if it isn’t Mitch Fierce the man who is going to be kissing my ass tonight. The boy toy of Aoife Valkyrie!
[ Fierce says nothing as he looks at the Golden BoyZ and Tony Tran clinching his fist ready to brawl. ]
“The Million Dollar Man” Tony Tran - Cat got your tongue Fierce? You should've taken the 10,000 dollars and stayed your ass home the first offer I made you. Even before the match I upped the money all the way to 15,000 dollars but you were too dumb to take that. You couldn’t even win the 50,000 dollars you sure as hell aren’t getting 100,000 dollars. We are going to kick your ass Fierce and you’re going to be humiliated by kissing my ass in the middle of the ring in front of millions of people. Hope your night with Aoife was good because tonight, your luck just ran out. You can’t beat me and the Million Dollar Dream Team. As they say in Vegas the odds are against you
[ Fierce looks away from Tran over to the Golden BoyZ and then back to Tran. ]
Mitch Fierce - You know Tony, I not only had a good night with Aoife but, I had a great night with her. She’s an incredible woman and its nobody’s damn business what we did especially yours. I’m kicking your ass.
[ Fierce then looks at the Golden BoyZ. ]
Mitch Fierce - And your asses and walking away with those 100,000 dollars. If you try to screw me out of the money again Tony, I’m going to tear off your arm and pry the briefcase out of your hand or whoever has the money. I’m not kissing your ass I’m kicking your ass like I did the first time. I have beaten all three of you. I had you begging for me not to hurt you Tony remember that? Your Golden BoyZ lost because you got them disqualified. No mercy. I will tear you guys apart. I will win those 100,000 dollars.
“The Million Dollar Man” Tony Tran - Not a chance in hell Fierce
[ Fierce gets in Tony’s face. Tony holds the Golden BoyZ back)

Mitch Fierce - You've unleashed the monster, Tony. I’m going to destroy you and your so called Million Dollar Dream Team. I’m going to beat the hell out of every one of you. See you in the ring ass hats.
[ Fierce smirks as he walks away and the show cuts back to Pezzer and Mike Godwinn. ]
Mike Godwinn – Very strong comments by Mitch Fierce and honestly, I am a little surprised that Aoife has not joined him tonight for his match.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Like he said, there will be no distractions tonight. Tran and his boys will not be able to use Aoife as a weapon against Mitch. We have already seen Mitch beat Tran and the Golden BoyZ in two separate matches. Tonight, he goes toe to toe with all three men. I just can’t picture Mitch beating all three men tonight no matter how big he is, or how strong he is or how nasty he is. The Million Dollar Dream Team are like a hungry pack of wolves and it’s feeding time in the kennel.
Mike Godwinn – Pezzer, you can’t talk about feeding time without mentioning Massive Mike. This massive masked luchador has drawn the ire of Legacy and Crazy Man in particular. Tonight, he has to take Legacy on in a handicap match.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – This is another one of those matches that I just can’t see Massive Mike winning. I don’t care how much this kid weighs, he isn’t on the level of Legacy. These two guys assassins. They will chew Massive Mike up and spit his carcass out. Massive Mike is better off staying back in catering!!!
Mike Godwinn – Pezzer, let’s take a moment to talk about our opening match that pits Psycho Messiah against another Hall of Famer in Kevin Nash. It was just last month at All Hallows Evil that Messiah defeated Shane McMahon in a dog collar match. At the end of the night, Messiah was hoping that his feud with Legacy was over, but that was a fleeting thought as Kevin Nash has come out of retirement for one night to try and put Messiah in his place. To teach this young man that Legacy runs the show.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – I don’t know if Legacy runs the show Mikey, because they too took a tough loss Thanksgiving night and if they lose again tonight; then they will be forced to retire for good. Nash has a little less to lose as he is either going to gain a young boy, or what’s left of Legacy cannot bother Messiah ever again.
Mike Godwinn – Seven incredible matches tonight and by the end of the night we could see two more title changes. Let’s head to the ring for our first match. It’s Psycho Messiah taking on the Empire Hall of Famer Kevin Nash!!!
Opening Match
Nash wins, Psycho Messiah becomes his Young Boy for a month.

“Party in the Back” JoJo Rodriguez – The following match is set for one fall with a twenty-minute time limit!! Making his way to the ring, weighing in at 210 lbs, this is… Psycho Messiah!!!
[ The sold-out crowd roars out with a mixture of cheers and boos as Psycho Messiah walks down to the ring to “The Beautiful People” by Marilyn Manson. He climbs into the ring and poses on the second turnbuckle raising his fists high overhead. ]
Mike Godwinn – Psycho Messiah is facing down the barrel of one of the most decorated men in the Empire Pezzer. If Psycho Messiah can win tonight, he will get Legacy off his back for good!!!
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – That’s a great dream Mikey, but Kevin Nash isn’t Shane McMahon. Kevin Nash isn’t the Thrillers. Kevin Nash isn’t Chris Simmons. Kevin Nash was once treated like a god in this company. I have a feeling he’s going to school this kid like a little bitch.
“Party in the Back” JoJo Rodriguez – And his opponent. Making his way to the ring, weighing in at 295 lbs., this is World Wrestling Empire Hall of Famer “Big Sexy” Kevin Nash!!!
[ A wolf howls and “The nWo Wolfpack” theme rocks the arena as Empire Hall of Famer Kevin Nash walks out from the back with a shit eating grin on his face. Nash walks down the ramp and reaches the ring slowly walking up the ring steps and slinking his way down the ring apron. With one step, he’s over the top rope and just feet away from the much smaller Psycho Messiah!! ]
Mike Godwinn – Kevin Nash has not wrestled in an Empire ring in over twelve years. Tonight, everyone around the world is tuning in to see greatness once again!!! Love him or hate him, you cannot deny that this guy was one of the cornerstones of the Empire right along with Tank, Go-D and DDP.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Nash looks to be in great shape tonight. I think that the California beach lifestyle is agreeing with him. If I was Messiah, I would try to bring Nash down to his knees and keep him off his feet. If he tries to go toe to toe with Nash, it’s going to be a short night. Nash has too much power.
[ Nash jaw jacks with Messiah... ]
“Big Sexy” Kevin Nash – C’mon kiddo, let’s see whatcha got.
[ Psycho Messiah doesn’t take the bait as the two men stand-off with each other in the middle of the ring. The referee separates the two men for a moment and signals for the bell to start the match. The two men walk right back towards each other and Messiah starts jawing back at Nash. ]
Psycho Messiah – I aint afraid of you, Nash!!! I beat all your other cronies, you aint shit to me!!!
Mike Godwinn – I wonder if Messiah believes everything that he’s saying as he looks across the ring at the man that nearly has a hundred-pound weight advantage on him.
[ Messiah attempts a straight right, but Nash grabs his wrist and knees him in the gut. Nash overpowers him backing him against the ropes and lifts him up in a two-handed choke lift and then slams him unceremoniously to the canvas. Messiah is hurting as he rolls out under the bottom ropes and stands up with his hands on his hips trying to rethink his game plan. [ …6…7…8…9…and Messiah slides back in, away from Nash, but Nash smiles as he walks toward Messiah. Messiah runs at Nash and drives a knee to the gut and pounds a few elbows into his back, but Nash goes underneath Messiah’s arms and drives him over with a release German suplex. ]
Mike Godwinn – Stupid move by Messiah as he charged right into that suplex by Nash. Talk about walking right into the lion’s den just to get your head bitten clean off.
[ Messiah sits up in disbelief as Nash grabs him by the hair and drags him up, but Messiah takes the slim opening on the way up to get in a rake of the eyes. Nash rubs his eyes trying to get his sight back while Messiah argues with the referee over the legalities of that move. Nash gets most of his vision back and charges at Messiah going for a clothesline, but Messiah ducks out of the way and Nash clotheslines the referee over the rope and to the floor. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Smart move by Messiah to get out of the way, but not so good for the referee who just got his clocked cleaned!!!
[ Nash puts his hands on his hips and turns around just in time to take a dropkick from Messiah to the chest. The crowd comes alive in a loud pop as Messiah and Nash trade shots back-and-forth. Messiah backs Nash into the ropes and tosses him off, getting behind him on the way back and putting him in a sleeper hold. Nash swings his arms wildly and struggles to get free as Messiah climbs on his back and pulls back, trying his damndest to bring Nash to the ground. Nash runs backwards and slams Messiah into the turnbuckle. Messiah is crushed in the corner as both men drop to the canvas gasping for air. The referee rolls back into the ring and sees both men on the mat and immediately starts the count …1…2…3…4 and Messiah pulls himself up on the ropes and sees Nash still gasping for air. ]
Mike Godwinn – If he’s going to win this thing, he better make this move count otherwise he may not get another shot.
[ Messiah climbs to the turnbuckle and dives off, driving a leg-drop across the back of Nash’s neck. Messiah pulls Nash to his feet and sets him up for the Dead at Dawn (Sit-out Reverse DVD)!!! Messiah is just about to hit his finisher when Nash shoves Messiah away, bounces off the ropes and comes rocketing back and Messiah takes a big boot to the mouth that nearly knocks him out!!! Nash rips his shoulder straps off and makes the sign that it’s over and the crowd goes wild!!! ]

“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Here comes back-up. Messiah is screwed now!!!
[ Messiah rolls out of the ring and heads to the announcers desk where he grabs JoJo’s mic as Shane and the Thrillers are ready to kill him. ]

[ Massive Mike is sitting in his locker room staring face to face with his trainer Daniel. Massive Mike begins spacing out. ]

Daniel - It's not going to be a waste, you have just a couple days before your match with Legacy. You need to be at the top of your game if you expect to win a handicap match. So, I arranged for you to have a match against two wrestlers from another federation.
[ Massive Mike's interest is peaked. ]
Daniel - I'm just trying to help you out the best I can which is why I invited you to this local private ring. It's time for a training match.
[ Daniel opens the door and the two wrestlers make their way through. Massive Mike carefully examines the two wrestlers. One stands at six-foot four inches weighing in at two hundred sixty pounds, with a physically muscular build known as Batista. The other stands at seven-foot tall weighing in at three hundred eighty pounds, more of a rounder shape is known as Big Show. Massive Mike seems a bit intimated.
Daniel - These two are going to be your opponents. And don't worry I've had them sign forms so no one will be held liable for any injuries that may occur tonight. It's going to be a handicap match much like your match will be against legacy...
[ The two wrestlers come forward and stand face to face with Massive Mike. ]
Batista - I was expecting some sort of challenge from this since you rented a private ring. This shouldn't be too hard. I'll crush you in an instant.
Big Show - I've seen this fat-ass in the ring. Keep that disgusting ass away from me, or you'll regret it.
[ Batista and Big Show prepare themselves. ]
Daniel - Alright. Let's get this started.
[ Fifteen minutes into the match. ]
Massive Mike stands in the middle of the ring drenched in sweat as Batista and Big Show are lying on their backs. Big Show slowly rises to his feet but is met face to face with Massive Mike. Massive Mike delivers a huge big boot to Big Show knocking him right onto his back. Massive Mike hovers over Big Show’s chest and drops all his weight ass first. The impact causes Big Show to lose his breath.
Massive Mike walks over to Batista and drags him to the corner turnbuckle placing him in a seated position. Massive Mike turns himself around and begins grinding his ass against Batista's face executing the Gas Chamber. He holds the position for about twenty seconds. Batista has no strength to lift Massive Mike off him so Batista begins to furious tap against the mat. Massive Mike releases his hold and turns his attention back to Big Show.
[ Massive Mike drags Big Show close to the opposite corner turnbuckle. Massive Mike climbs to the top of the turnbuckle, bounces a few times before for leaping off and crashing directly ass first onto Big Show's face. Massive Mike begins to count out loud. ]

[ A knock is heard nearby and brings Massive Mike back to present time. Massive Mike gets off the bench and goes to the locker room door. As he opens door a cameraman is standing outside. Massive Mike gives him a thumbs up and the camera begins to roll. ]
Massive Mike - I just wanted to say a quick word before my match. Tonight, I take on Legacy in a handicap match, and I decided it's time for one minor change to the stipulation. Legacy were the ones that created the stipulation about leaving, but honestly, I can't have legends leaving because of me. Rather than have legacy quit. If they lose.......
[ Massive Mike pauses for a second. A huge grin appears on his face. ]
Massive Mike - They're signing contracts stating that for the next few months they work for me.
[ Massive Mike turns around slaps his cheeks in view of the camera for a few seconds. Massive Mike then extends his right foot closing the door on the cameraman. The camera cuts back to Mike and Pezzer at the broadcast table. ]
Mike Godwinn – The rumors were true Pezzer. Mike has adjusted the original demands to this match and now if he wins, Legacy must work for him for w few months.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – A few months? I would rather quit and walk away from wrestling for good then have to work for this ass-hat.
Mike Godwinn – Listening earlier today, Legacy seemed pretty confident that they are going to win this match against Massive Mike. They even went as far as saying that after Legacy Boot Camp Mike would walk away one hundred pounds lighter per ass cheek. Their words not mine. “The Living Legend” Pezzer – It’s never going to happen. There’s no way in hell that this guy can beat two of the most highly decorated Hall of Famers ever to grace the Empire!!! No friggen way.

[ “Unforgiven” by Creed rocks the arena as Empire Hall of Famers Crazy Man and the Messiah walk out on stage to the boos of the sold-out crowd!!! As one, they march down to the ring and climb in posing in the corners to the fans that still like them. ]
Mike Godwinn – Chris Simmons and Mike Thompson are two of the most decorated Hall of Famers here in the Empire. Shane brought them in as hired guns. Assassin if you will to do the dirty work that nobody else wants to do.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – You aint kidding. These guys do not care about anyone or anything. They look at Massive Mike like he’s just another pay day. Once they are done with him, they will move on to their next victim.
[ Massive Mike stands in the center of the ring as Crazy Man and Messiah circle him like a couple of vultures waiting for their prey to die so they can feed on his rotting corpse. Massive Mike has his head on a swivel as he gets into a defensive stance trying to be ready for anything. Suddenly, both Messiah and Crazy Man each go for a leg trying to bring the big man down!!! They pull as hard as they can, but even their combined strength cannot pick Massive Mike up. ]
Mike Godwinn – This is pretty embarrassing for these two ring veterans as they cannot get Mike down.
[ Massive Mike raises his arms and brings down a double smash to the back of each man that drives them to their knees. Massive Mike drags Messiah to his feet and delivers a headbutt that makes Simmons’ eyes cross and his knees buckle. Crazy Man hits the ropes and goes for a shoulder block, but for his efforts he just bounces off like he hit a rubber wall. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Regroup guys!!! It’s time to regroup and rethink your strategy.
[ Crazy Man rolls under the bottom rope and he drags Messiah with him. Messiah is still groggy as he rubs his head where the impact from the headbutt left a welt. The referee screams at them to get their asses back in the ring, but they take the lazy stroll around the ring before they climb the ring steps and stand on the ring apron. Massive Mike walks over to the ropes and slingshots both men back into the ring!!! ]
Mike Godwinn – I guess they were going to get back into the ring one way or another, right?
[ Both men quiver on the mat holding their lower backs from that impact. Massive Mike gets a running start and drops a massive leg across Messiah’s chest who is now coughing and gagging for air!!! Crazy Man gets to his feet, hits the far ropes and rockets off right into a Gorilla Press Slam by Massive Mike who drops him right onto Messiah!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – This match is getting ugly really quick. These guys need to do something to counter his size and strength!!
[ Massive Mike hits the ropes and comes off looking for a big splash on-top of both Crazy Man and Messiah, but at the last second the two men roll away leaving Mike to hit nothing but canvas!!! Mike lays on his back as he groans in pain. Crazy Man and Messiah get to their feet and each grab a leg and snap Massive Mike like it was a wishbone!!! Massive Mike screams in pain as he grabs his groin area!!! ]

[ Crazy Man and Messiah go right at Mike laying waste to him driving repeated boot shots to his back and neck area!!! Crazy Man barks to Messiah to get to the top rope and he grabs Massive Mike’s arms holding him down as Messiah soars off dropping a leg across Massive Mikes throat!!! Massive Mike grabs his throat struggling to get air in. Crazy Man and Messiah get to their feet and raise their arms in the air taunting the crowd as they boo the shit out of them!!! ]
“Crazy Man” Mike Thompson – This is the future of te Empire?! This is the best you got?! Fucking pathetic!!!
[ Messiah blows snot missiles at Massive Mike before starting to lay boots to him again. Massive Mike crawls to the corner where he uses the turnbuckle to slowly get to his feet. [ Massive Mike gets a running start and crashes into the corner squishing Crazy Man and Messiah with a Stinger Splash!!! Messiah staggers out of the corner, takes three steps and does the picture-perfect Ric Flair flop face down on the mat!!! Crazy Man nearly throws up as he drops down onto his ass, still in the corner. The fans know exactly what they want and Massive Mike gives it to them!!! Massive Mike backs up into the corner, but instead of keeping this a PG show, he drops his pants and rubs his naked ass right in the face of Crazy Man with the Stink Face!!! Crazy Man flails in disgust as he gasps for air!!! Massive Mike stands up, ass still showing; and Crazy Man rolls out of the ring and to the floor where he uncontrollably vomits everything he ate today all over the floor mat!!! ]

[ The crowd is loving it as Massive Mike turns back and eyes Messiah still out on the mat. With his ass still showing, he climbs to the top turnbuckle, slaps his ass a few times and soars off dropping all his weight onto the face of Messiah with the Atomic Squash (Banzai Drop)!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – I think I’m going to throw up!!! Messiah’s face just disappeared right inside of Massive Mike’s ass crack!!! All you can see is his coli flowered ears sticking out!!!

Kevin Nash never looked like his old self in that match with Psycho Messiah, and now Massive Mike used his incredible weight difference to school the veterans and now Crazy Man and Messiah have to work for Massive Mike!!! Mike Godwinn – Folks, I am getting word that we are about to hear from Tony Tran right before his huge match against Mitch Fierce. Let’s listen in.
[ The cameras cut to the back where we see Tony Tran sitting very calmly on a sofa in his own personal dressing room nursing a glass of champagne. Tony sees the camera come on and he grins from ear to ear. ]
“The Million Dollar Man” Tony Tran – Mitch Fierce, oh how it seems that you have all the luck these days. You were lucky enough to beat me and my boys in separate matches. Hell, you even got the girl at Ladies Night Out, albeit a tad near the Mason Dixon line when it comes to her age, but who judging right? Each to their own. What’s the old saying, if you’re old enough to bleed your old enough to breed.
[ Tony covers his mouth with his hand like he said something dirty. ]

“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Now that was a pretty smart move by Tony Tran to lure that idiot into his corner. Maybe Mitch aint as bright as we thought.
[ Mitch staggers back toward the center of the ring rubbing his eyes trying to get his vision back as Jake sneaks around him and chop blocks the big man down to one knee. Jake fires off the ropes and nails Mitch with a bulldog that drills his head into the mat!!! Jake pops back up to his feet like he just scored a touchdown, taking his eyes off of Mitch who raises up to his feet like the Undertaker!!! Jake never sees it coming as he turns around and gets destroyed by a spear from Mitch that folds the smaller man in half!!! Mitch is all jacked up now as he grabs the top ring ropes, jerks it up and down and screams like a wild man pumping the sold-out crowd up. ]

[ Jake has all he can to crawl back to his corner and reach out for the tag, but Mitch sees him and grabs his feet pulling him back. Jake claws at the mat with his fingernails and the look of horror on his face is like a scene out of Jaws when an unaware surfer gets taken down by a hungry shark!!! Mitch drags Jake to his feet and starts waylaying on him rapid fire lefts and rights. The referee sees the closed fists and tells Mitch to stop. Mitch keeps blasting away until the referee has seen enough and steps between them. Mitch makes like he’s is going to hit the referee, and the much smaller zebra heads for the safety of the floor. Jake has no idea what country he is in as his legs are three feet apart and he’s swinging with arms that are like wet noodles with no power behind them. Mitch watches as Jake starts to sway, and then falls flat on his face!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – How embarrassing is that? This is supposed to be wrestling, not some backyard street fight. Learn some class, Mitch!!!
[ Tran has seen enough and screams at Mitch... ]

[ Mitch obliges as he grabs Jake by his trunks, carries the limp man over to Trans corner and tosses him haphazardly at Tran!!! Tran looks down at Jake and makes the tag. Mitch smiles as he backs off waiting for Tran to get into the ring. Tran slowly climbs through the ropes and adjusts his arm pads. The referee stands by and waits for the action to begin. Mitch starts to make his move, and Tran reaches back and tags out to Dave Anderson!!! Dave looks shocked as Tran steps through the ropes and jumps to the floor with his hands on his hips and the crowd booing the shit out of him. Tran gives it right back to them... ]
“The Million Dollar Man” Tony Tran – Shut the hell up!!! I’ll fight him when I’m damn good and ready!!!
[ The referee insists that Dave Anderson get in the ring. Dave takes it slow as he steps through the ropes and ties up with Mitch. Mitch overpowers Dave and backs him into the neutral corner. The referee orders Mitch to get off of Dave, but Mitch ignores him and drives his shoulder right into Dave’s gut that takes him off his feet. Four repeated shoulders to the gut, one for each of the referee’s counts; before Mitch backs off. The referee admonishes Mitch, as the big man shoves the referee aside and goes right back after Dave. Mitch hooks Dave up and sends him ass over elbows with a release German suplex that sends Dave crashing to the mat!!! Dave cries out in pain as he grabs at his lower back pleading with the referee for medical help. Mitch storms over, but the referee tells him to back off while the ringside medical technician sees to Dave. ]
Mike Godwinn – This doesn’t look good for Dave Anderson. He could have a slipped disk or worse, maybe a fracture of his lower vertebrate.
[ As Mitch waits for the doctor to clear Dave, the videotron comes on showing a massive brawl backstage between the reigning World Tag Team Champions the New Regime who are getting their asses kicked by the Guerillas of Destiny while someone is filming it on camera. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – What’s going on back there?!
[ The Guerillas get the best of the New Regime as they caught the two men off-guard beating both men down to the floor. The hand-held camera pans around the area and we can see a number of catering tables left destroyed in their wake. The Guerillas seem satisfied with their assault as the hand held camera turns around and we see the United States Champion Travis Blake as the cameraman. ]

[ Dave grabs Mitch and drags him to his feet whipping him into the ropes and driving a knee to his midsection on the rebound. Mitch goes twisting and turning head over heels crashing to the mat and Dave is proud of himself as he poses on the middle turnbuckle and the crowd reigns down boos on him. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Thanks to a well-timed interruption by Travis Blake, Dave Anderson has gained control of this match.
[ Dave wraps Mitch’s legs up and locks on a Spinning Inverted Figure Four Leglock made famous by Alex Shelly!!! Mitch screams in pain as he uses his huge arms to crawl across the ring and grab the bottom ropes. Still on the floor, Tony Tran rushes over and screams right in Mitch’s face. ]

[ Mitch’s eyes nearly pop out of his head as he snaps his arm under the bottom rope and grabs Tran by his weaselly throat!!! Tran gasps for air as he tries prying Mitch’s hand from his windpipe. Dave Anderson comes from behind and nails a basement dropkick to the side of Mitch’s head that forces him to let Tran go!!! Tran staggers around on the floor messaging his throat. ]
Mike Godwinn – The numbers game seems to be getting to Mitch right now, just as we assumed it would.
[ Tran walks back over with a pissed look on his face and rails him across the jaw with a stiff right punch!!! Blood trickles from Mitch’s mouth as Dave drags Mitch back into the middle of the ring and drops a well-placed elbow across his lower back right where the backstabber hit minutes ago!!! Mitch screams out in pain as Dave runs over and tags in his brother Jake. The referee starts his mandatory count as they measure Mitch up and they go for a double clothesline. Well aware of their intentions, Mitch ducks under the attempt, rockets off the far ropes and takes both men out with a double diving clothesline of his own!!! Back on the ring apron, Tony Tran tries to get the crowd into the match, unaware that Jake is just feet away!!! Jake makes a desperate lunge and tags Trans ass!!! The referee makes the sign of the tag and Tran’s eyes nearly pop out of his head!!! Tran looks at Jake... ]

[ Both Jake and Dave roll under the bottom rope and crash to the floor as Tran looks back at Mitch who is now right in his face!!! Mitch grabs Tran by his arm and swings him over the top rope and into the squared circle!!! Tran crashes to the mat hard right on his tail bone!!! Tran tries to crawl away begging for a time out, pleading for the referee to interject anyway that he can, but all the referee does is shrug his shoulders!!! Mitch stalks Tran around the ring as Tran crawls on all fours like a baby and gets back to his corner reaching up desperately for a tag, but none of his teammates are there!!! ]

Mike Godwinn – It seems that someone left the barn door open and all the horses got away!!!
[ Tran is shocked as Mitch grabs him from behind and drills him into the mat with a Snap Dragon Suplex!!! Tran is a complete wreck as Mitch comes over and drives a boot to Tran’s midsection that lifts Tran three feet off the floor!!! Tran is pleading with Mitch to stop as he slithers toward the ropes holding his ribs. ]

[ Mitch thinks about it for a second, and then reaches down and takes Tran by the hand bring him gently to his feet. They smile at each other as they meet forehead to forehead. Tran smiles wickedly as Mitch closes his eyes and whispers... ]

[ Trans eyes nearly bug out of his head as Mitch sends him into the ropes. Mitch catches him on the rebound, lifts him high into the air; where Tran flails wildly like a person that’s drowning; and Mitch pastes him into the mat with a Spinebuster!!! Mitch doesn’t let Tran recover at all as he grabs him and hits the Fierce Bomb (a spinebuster set-up into a fierce Sit-out Powerbomb)!!! ]

“The Living Legend” Pezzer – They sure are. I cannot wait to see matches like Stone versus Fierce or Massive Mike versus Tank. Those will be instant classics.
Mike Godwinn – Folks, I am getting word that our camera crew has caught up with Mance Warner somewhere in the bowels of the arena. Let’s listen in and hear what the Southern Psychopath has to say as he heads into his highly anticipated match with Conner Edge!!!
[ The videotron comes on showing the boiler room area of the arena. Mance can be seen leaning his bald head against a chain link fence, the sharp edges of the fencing biting into his skin, but just not enough to lacerate him yet. You can hear the clicking sound of the riding crop running across the cage wall as his hands passes into view. ]
“The Southern Psychopath” Mance Warner – Conner, why? Why did you bring us to this point? Why did you have to take the one thing that meant more to me in this world than anything. You stole her from me!! Robbed me of any happiness that we could have shared.
[ He walks around the fencing and comes into full view. ]

[ Mance slams his fist into the cage wall with a crash before storming out of view into the darkness. The show swings back to Mike and Pezzer at the announcers desk. ]
Mike Godwinn – I have to tell you that this guy is bat shit crazy. Most people would just say screw it and move on. But he has completely lost his shit and wants to really hurt Conner. And I’m not talking about the usual wrestling bumps and bruises, I’m talking about maiming Conner. He’s talking about going full on Texas Chain Saw Massacre on him.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Mance needs a psych evaluation because he’s fruity as fuck if you ask me. You would think he would want revenge on Salena for fucking him over, but he’s set his sights on Conner. Crazy train!!!
Mike Godwinn – Folks, it’s time for our next match of the night and it features two guys that have been going back and forth for weeks now. Vegas oddsmakers are leaning heavily on Owens to win this match, but can Hopkins defy all the odds and be the fourth major upset of the night? Let’s go back to the ring for the introductions!!!

[ The crowd roars to their feet booing as “Everybody Dies” explodes through the PA system as the crazed Jake Owens storms out on stage dragging two steel chains behind him with evil intent in his eyes. He storms down to the ring, but the referee cuts him off at the ringside area and tells him to leave the chains on the floor. Owens drops the chains and climbs into the ring pointing up at the cross that hangs above the ring. ]
Mike Godwinn – Jake Owens comes into this match as a singles competitor after spending most of the year as a tag team specialist along-side his former partner Eddie O’Shay whom he turned on. If Jake can win tonight, he is going to be able to chain Hopkins to that cross hanging over the ring and suspending him.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – This is going to be a tough match for Hopkins tonight. He’s giving up nearly a hundred pounds to Owens and we are not talking fat either. This guy’s solid muscle. And don’t for a second think that when he chains Hopkins to that cross all he’s going to do is hang him there. He brought those steel chains down to the ring for a reason, and it’s not to play games with.
“Party in the Back” JoJo Rodriguez – And his opponent. Making his way to the ring weighing in at 185 lbs.; he is “The Outlaw” Chandler Hopkins!!!
[ The Texas Cowboy struts out on stage as “The Rodeo Theme” by Chandler Hopkins and Magnificent Malico rocks the arena. The crowd cheers him as he walks down to the ringside area. He slowly climbs the ring steps and waits on the ring apron as the referee has to restrain Owens from going after him. Owens repeatedly points up at the cross. ]
“The Death Dealer” Jake Owens – Time to pay the gatekeeper!!! Your ass will be swinging soon enough!!!
Mike Godwinn – Hopkins has been a huge superstar in the Empire, being here right from the onset back in January. Believe it or not, he is the most active wrestler in the Empire with twenty-five matches under his belt with a very good fifteen and ten record. Right now, he is ranked fourth for the US title and he is also a former TV champion who held that title for a record eighty-four days. Tonight, he has a monumental task standing just feet from him. Can he overcome the odds tonight? Can he beat “The Death Dealer” and force Owens to spend a day on his ranch shoveling cow manure?
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – You make a very compelling argument as to why Hopkins should be favored in this match. I can only tell you that I think the oddsmakers must be looking at how he fares against guys that are larger than him. Otherwise, this guy is a straight up title contender in my book. If he can pull off the win tonight, Owens will have to spend a day on a cattle ranch shoveling cow shit!!! It’s something I don’t wanna do; but I would love to see Owens have to do it.
[ The referee finally calls for the bell and Hopkins goes right after Owens, who backs up and ducks his head through the ropes demanding that the referee keep Hopkins back! Hopkins tries to squeeze past the official to get his hands on Owens only to receive a thumb to the eyes that goes unseen by the referee! The crowd boos as Hopkins staggers away trying to regain his vision but here comes Owens, clotheslining Hopkins in the back of the head knocking him down! Owens unloads with a series of stomps before dragging Hopkins to his feet and then taking him over again with a snapmare. Hopkins sits upright as Owens hits the ropes and then comes back with a stiff drop kick to the chest!!! Owens goes for the cover as the referee counts ...1 ...2 ...and Hopkins shoots his shoulder up off the mat!!! ]
Mike Godwinn – What a vicious drop kick right to the lungs of Chandler Hopkins driving the air from him!!! That move will slow anyone down!!!
[ Owens locks on a side headlock, grinding it in as the referee gets right in there to ask if Hopkins wants to give it up. Hopkins starts feeding off the energy of the crowd to battle his way back to a vertical base, fighting back with some elbows to the ribs but when he tries to pull free and run at the ropes, Owens grabs a handful of tights to pull Hopkins back towards him, hooking him up and dropping Hopkins with a belly-to-back suplex!!! Owens looks for another quick cover pressing his forearm in Hopkins’ face as the referee counts ...1 ...2 ...and Hopkins kicks out!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Hopkins is a fighter and he doesn’t care how big or how fast you are, he approaches every match the same way. He is going to fight with every ounce of energy he has in his body to win.
[ Owens shoots the referee a pissed off glance before lifting Hopkins up and again dishing out some stinging chops to the chest forcing Hopkins back into the corner. Owens grabs his arm and looks for an Irish whip, yet Hopkins reverses it before charging in after Owens, only to get lifted up and over the top rope, but Hopkins somehow lands on the apron, blocking an attempted right hook from Owens before firing off a shot of his own that sends Owens staggering away! Hopkins leaps to the top rope and hits a springboard clothesline to take Owens down! Both superstars get back to their feet, with Hopkins landing another clothesline! Then a third in succession! Owens looks dazed as he instinctively gets up next to the ropes, only to receive a fourth clothesline that sends him tumbling over the top rope and crashing down to the floor!!! Hopkins watches and waits as Owens gets up before hitting the ropes and leaping through the air and crashing down onto Owens with a suicide dive!!! ]
Mike Godwinn – Hopkins is using his speed to stay one step ahead of Owens right now, keeping the big man guessing as to where the next attack might come from. Great game plan by Hopkins tonight!!!
[ Hopkins’s gets back to his feet, dragging Owens up and throwing him back inside the ring! Hopkins hops back onto the apron and heads to the corner, scaling it but then Owens suddenly springs back to his feet and connects with a vicious palm strike! Hopkins is rocked as Owens shakes off the cobwebs and climbs up after him, hooking Hopkins up for a superplex! Owens tries to lift Hopkins, but Hopkins blocks the attempt before countering with a super gordbuster, dropping Owens’ chest-first to the mat below! Hopkins measures Owens up and looks for a 450 splash but Owens moves out of the way, but yet Hopkins somehow has the wherewithal to roll through on the landing to avoid hurting himself! Owens pulls himself up in the corner, turning around just in time to see Hopkins charging in and connects with a double knee attack! Hopkins then pulls Owens out and lifts him onto his shoulders hitting a Go To Sleep!!! Hopkins drops down and covers Owens hooking a leg as the referee counts ...1 ...2 ...and Owens kicks out!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Man that GTS connected squarely to the head of Owens. I am stunned that he still had enough in the tank to kick out of that move. He must have a head like a brick.
[ Hopkins looks to build on his momentum, pulling Owens upright and peppering him with some stiff forearms that leaves Owens hanging off the ropes. Hopkins goes for an Irish whip, but Owens holds onto the top rope with his free arm, refusing to budge. Hopkins tries a second time, but again, Owens blocks it! Hopkins now fires off some more forearms before whipping Owens into the ropes and then lowering his head, but Owens counters it with a double leg trip, followed by a jumping double stomp to the chest! As Hopkins pulls himself up in the corner, Owens follows up with a running chop to the chest! Owens whips Hopkins into the turnbuckles before charging right after him with another running chop!!! Owens now pulls Hopkins back to the center of the ring and hooks Hopkins by the head, lifting him into the air and hitting a brainbuster!!! Owens goes for the cover counts ...1 ...2 ...and Hopkins kicks out!!! ]
Mike Godwinn – This is how quickly a match can turn on you. Hopkins was in full control of this match until Owens hit that double leg stomp to turn the momentum back in his favor!!!
[ Owens can’t believe it, complaining to the referee over the speed of his count before finally looking to lead Hopkins back to a vertical base, where he hooks Hopkins up for the Instant Death (pop-up knee smash to the face) but Hopkins desperately drives Owens back-first into the corner, hitting several shoulders to free himself before staggering away! He then comes charging in looking for another double knee attack but Owens moves and Hopkins crashes into the turnbuckles! He tries to get back up again, only to walk right into a Slingblade!!! Owens has Hopkins down and seemingly out now as he slides out under the bottom rope, pulling himself up onto the apron and slowly scaling the corner! Owens reaches the top rope, steadying himself and then launching himself going for a diving double stomp but Hopkins rolls out of the way at the last split second! Owens tweaks his knee on the landing, causing him to hobble slightly as Hopkins gets back to his feet! Owens tries to shake it off as he takes a wild swing back at Hopkins only to have him duck the attack and hook him up in a snap dragon suplex!!! Owens is left in a daze as Hopkins hits the ropes and rockets back with a nasty running knee strike to the back of Owens head!!! Hopkins pulls him back to the center of the ring for the cover ...1 ...2 ...2 ½ ...and Owens gets his shoulder up!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Hopkins really thought that he had Owens right there, but the big man lives to fight on. Could this be the pre-curser to the Wrangler? Time will tell.
[ Hopkins isn’t letting up as he tries to pull Owens back upright, hooking him from behind and looking for a ripcord Wrangler, but Owens somehow avoids it and Hopkins has to put on the brakes to stop himself from inadvertently striking the referee! As the official covers up, Hopkins turns around and Owens tries for a low blow kick, only Hopkins catches it his foot; shakes his head and spins Owens around 180° and grabs a waistlock, trying for a German suplex! But no, a standing switch by Owens, who then drives Chandler chest-first into the corner and goes for the Instant Death (pop-up knee smash to the face) but Hopkins holds onto the ropes. Owens charges back at Hopkins and eats a boot to the face! Hopkins leaps onto the second rope and dives towards Owens in search of a cross body, but Owens leaps into the air and stops him with a standing dropkick! Owens drags Hopkins off the mat, hooking up for the Instant Death (pop-up knee smash to the face) once again, but Hopkins twists his way free as Owens holds on and tries to pull him back into a short-arm clothesline; but Hopkins ducks it and grabs another waistlock, attempting another German suplex! Owens somehow flips through and lands on his feet though, but that leads to another bad landing on the knee! With Owens staggered, Hopkins rockets off the ropes and blasts Owens with the Wrangler (Buckshot Lariat)!!! Hopkins covers Owens and grabs both legs as the referee counts ...1 ...2 ...3!!! ]

“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Ultimately this match came down to two bad landings that wrenched the knee of Jake Owens and opened the door for Hopkins to hit the Wrangler and put Owens away. I can’t believe how this night is going right now.

I remember as a kid watching all his big matches on pay per view. The guy lived for the Empire. Now to see him like this, teaming with those Legacy scumbags sickens me.
Cindy Meyers – Tonight the stacks are very high for both of you. If you win, you become the TV champion and DDP will not get a rematch with you as long as you hold the belt. But if he wins, then you will be forced to withdraw your name from the 2022 Emperor’s Crown Tournament where the winner will get an automatic World title shot.
One Third of the World Six-man Tag Team Champions the Three Best Friends “Pure Gold” Alexander Stone – That tournament is my ticket back into the World title picture. By losing two months on the injured list, it dropped me in the rankings and it will take time to climb back into title contention. By winning this tournament it guarantees me a title shot. If I lose tonight, I’ll be forced to make that climb back to the top like I did last year before winning the title. It’s not something that I wanna repeat, but it’s something that I am prepared to do if I have to.
Cindy Meyers – Page seems very confident coming into this match having the Diamond Cutter in his back pocket. Are you just as confident with the Stone Breaker in yours?

Mike Godwinn – I have to be honest, with a card as stacked as it is; this one excites me the most. I wasn’t a fan of Stone’s when he first came into the Empire, but he has certainly grown on me and now I respect him for what he’s done. He was the only guys that saw through Prophet’s crap and we wouldn’t listen to him.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – The guy really is “Pure Gold”. He’s been an amazing addition to the Empire when we reopened and it showed when we lost him for those two months after the Bullet Club attacked him.
Mike Godwinn – Folks, it’s time for our next grudge match that pits Mance Warner versus Conner Edge. This heated confrontation started when Mance accused Conner of sleeping with Salena behind his back while Mance was still seeing her. That may be the case now, but she firmly rejected that notion when the accusations were made. Mance refused to take her explanation and went as far as driving to the family ranch to take his anger out on Conner only to find Conner’s step father alone. Mance went on to beat Clay and whip his terribly with a riding crop. As the weeks went by we also watched as Mance went on to verbally assault the entire Edge family and attack even Tank Edge himself. In the past few days, the staff of the Empire have decided that this match with be held under No DQ, No Count-out and Anything Goes rules!!! This match should be brutal. Let’s rejoin JoJo already in the ring.

“Party in the Back” JoJo Rodriguez – The following match is set for one fall with a twenty-minute time limit. Making his way to the ring weighing in at 270 lbs.; this is... “The Cowboy from Hell” Conner Edge!!!
[ The camera focuses on the jumbo Tron and a flaming horse runs across and behind it spells out in flames "The Cowboy from Hell" as “Cowboys from Hell” blares throughout the arena. The camera pans down and Conner Edge stands with his right hand out in the claw position. He lifts his fist in the air and the World Heavyweight Champion Go-D walks out on stage dressed in a suit and tie with sunglasses on. The sold out crowd boos as the champ walks over to Conner and they stand there looking ever ominous. ]
Mike Godwinn – Just looking at them together sends shivers down my spine. Could we be looking at the new iteration of a new Legacy team here in the Empire? Out with the old and in with the new?
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – With the loss of Mike Thompson and Chris Simmons earlier tonight, who now has to work with Massive Mike for a few months; Conner Edge is a nice addition to the Legacy Family. He’s young, strong as hell and immensely hungry. The best part is, Go-D has gotten this kid out from under Tank’s shadow and taken him under his wing. The kid can now be his own man and forget about his old man.
[ Together, side by side; they walk down to the ring. Conner gets up onto the apron and does the big man over the top rope entrance. After climbing into the ring, he pulls out his branding iron and waves it around. Flames shoot up from the ring posts as Conner let's out a primal yell. ]
Mike Godwinn – This kid just may be bigger than Tank at his age. It is frightening to think where this kid’s career might be heading or how many titles he’s going to rack up before his career is over.
[ Go-D makes his way over to the broadcast table, places his World title belt on it and takes a seat next to Mike Godwinn slowly putting his headset on. ]
Mike Godwinn – Dave, good to see you again Champ.

“The Living Legend” Pezzer – What? You’re going to act like I’m not even here? After all these years you’re going to just ghost me?

[ The referee takes the branding iron from Conner, rolls out of the ring and places it head down into a firepit at ringside. He stokes the flames within the cauldron and flames pop up forcing him to jump back without getting burned. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Did you see that? That’s gotta be four hundred degrees inside that cauldron. I can feel the heat all the way over here and it’s got to be a good twenty feet away.
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – Just imagine how much pain that pricks going to be in when Conner gets ahold of his ass. He wants to run his mouth? Conner’s going to bust his jaw. He’s going to be sucking your dick through a straw for the next two months.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Will you just shut the fuck up!!!
[ The referee rolls back into the ring and tells Conner to get into a neutral corner as JoJo continues... ]
“Party in the Back” JoJo Rodriguez – And his opponent. Making his way to the ring, weighing in at 215 lbs., this is… “The Southern Psychopath” Mance Warner!!!
[ The sold-out crowd explodes to their feet booing as Mance Warner storms out on stage with that deadly riding crop in hand. He marches down to the ring to the music of “Simple Man” by Lynyrd Skynyrd before climbing in and going right at Conner swinging that deadly riding crop that used to beat Clay and Tank with just weeks ago right in Conner’s face. The referee has his hands full as he does everything that he can to keep these two men apart before the start of the match. Two more referee’s come running down to the ring and help the first referee separate the two men before it gets out of hand. ]
Mike Godwinn – I don’t recall a match this entire year that it took three referees to hold the participants back before the bell even rang!!! Even that Hell in a Cell match between Tank and Stone started off more civilized.
[ Mance screams over the referee that tries to hold him back... ]
“The Southern Psychopath” Mance Warner – I’m gonna fuck you up boy. I gonna make you gator bait yah little bitch!!!
[ Mance spits his chewing tabaco at Conner, but it only sails a few feet and lands in a plop in the center of the ring. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Mance is a picture of etiquette I can see that. Not exactly the kind of guy you bring home to meet your parents!!!
[ The referee asks Mance for the riding crop, but Mance refuses to give it up as he swings wildly at the referee narrowly missing the man’s face. The referee warns Mance that he will toss this match out before it even starts unless he gives up the weapon. The crowd starts to chant... ]
The sold-out crowd – Bucksnort!!! Bucksnort!!! Bucksnort!!!
[ ...making reference to where Mance is from and this pisses Mance even more as the crowd takes a stab at his southern heritage. The referee asks for the riding crop one more time and finally Mance gives it up. The referee takes the riding crop and hands it to JoJo who holds it like a used condom with two fingers and drops it onto the announcers desk next to Pezzer. ]
Mike Godwinn – What a nasty looking device. I wouldn’t whip my dog with that!!!
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – If Conner gets his hand on it tonight there’s going to be payback for what he did to his father Clay. But for now, we will just leave it right there and see what happens.
[ Each referee is holding the two men back and they slowly start to back off. Conner and Mance never take their eyes off of each other as the two referee’s step through the ropes leaving the original referee alone in the ring. The referee checks with Conner if he’s ready to start the match. Conner just nods as the referee asks Mance if he’s ready to start. ]
“The Southern Psychopath” Mance Warner – I’m going to skin you yah little prick and feed yah to my gators!!!
[ The referee takes that as an affirmative answer and calls for the bell and that’s all Conner needs to hear as he immediately lunges across the ring as soon as the bell sounds going for a huge corner clothesline, but Mance manages to pivot out of his path and Conner stops short of crashing into the corner grabbing the top ropes as he slowly turns around with intense rage in his eyes peering over his right shoulder at Mance. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – If looks could kill, Mance would be a dead man ten times over by now.
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – Give the kid time. He’s like a great white shark sensing blood in the water right now. It’s not going to take long for him to rip apart Mance.
[ Mance comes off the ropes and goes right at Conner, but the big boy catches him and then flips Mance up and over with a massive belly-to-belly suplex, only to be surprised when Mance lands flat on his feet! Conner charges in, taking a wild swing at him looking for a clothesline, but Mance ducks the shot and starts lashing Conner’s chest with a series of stiff knife-edge chops! Mance manages to back the big man into the ropes and attempts an Irish whip, yet Conner reverses and thinks back body drop, only to have Mance dive over him going for a sunset flip; but Conner won’t go over, instead reaching down to grab Mance with both hands around the throat, powering him high into the air before tossing him backwards into the turnbuckles!!! Conner charges in with a big-time avalanche to crush Mance in the corner before following up with a series of corner clotheslines to wear Mance down! Conner then whips Mance into the turnbuckles across the ring and quickly races after him, but Mance kips up and over the big man, causing Conner’s own momentum to send him crashing into the turnbuckle!!! Conner is not fazed much by that and as he turns back around Mance charges back in with a double knee attack right to the chest!! Conner staggers next to the ropes while Mance hits the opposite side of the ring and charges back, but Mance is caught with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex, launching Mance straight over the top rope and crashing down onto the ringside floor with a sickening thud!!! Conner climbs through the ropes and jumps down to the floor after Mance who is trying to crawl away on all fours. ]
Mike Godwinn – This is exactly where Mance doesn’t want to be with a man the size of Conner. Nothing good happens outside the squared circle!!!
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – Inside the ring, outside the ring; it doesn’t matter because my boy is going to chew his ass up like he’s nothen. You’re looking at the brightest young star Legacy has to offer!!!
[ Mance is desperately trying to get away as Conner grabs a handful of tights and drags him upright before hitting a snake-eyes onto the steel guardrail!!! With Mance hanging there in a daze, Conner lifts up the ring apron and pulls out a wooden table, sliding it into the ring to loud cheers from the sold-out crowd!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – I have been on the receiving end of a few well-timed table shots myself and it hurts like hell. Mance better watch out because that table has his named stamped on it.
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – You aint seen nothen yet. My boy is like a machine. He’s going to rip through this roster like he own’s their asses.
[ Conner also pulls out a kendo stick, approaches Mance raising the Singapore cane high above his head, ready to strike but Mance desperately fights back with a kick to the gut causing Conner to drop the weapon as Mance hammers away at him trying to get back into the match! Conner drives a big knee to the midsection of Mance stopping the attack and then takes Mance by the arm and looks for an Irish whip into the steel ring steps!!! Somehow though, Mance manages to put on the brakes before he can collide with them, only to turn and see Conner barreling towards him! Mance shows lightning quick reflexes though, countering with a drop toehold that sees Conner crashing into the steel ring steps, exploding the top section clean off! ]
Mike Godwinn – What incredible impact by the two-hundred- and seventy-pound Conner Edge. If that doesn’t slow him down, God knows what will.
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – Well I have spent time with this kid in the gym and he’s an unstoppable machine. He’s nothing like his old man. He’s bigger, stronger, faster and a hell of a lot meaner. This kid’s going to out-due his old man.
[ Mance crawls away from Conner, giving Conner crucial seconds to recuperate from that nasty collision! Conner staggers up and over to Mance, who’s ducked his upper body under the ring skirt, grabbing him by the leg to pull him out but no sooner does he do so than Mance unloads the contents of a fire extinguisher right in Conner’s face!!! Conner is blinded after getting a face full of dry powder, while Mance drags himself upright and now uses the extinguisher itself as a weapon, ramming it into Conner’s head!!! Conner is busted wide open as blood covers his face and drips down his massive chest!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – What a sickening sound that just made as Mance rammed that fire extinguisher right into Conners forehead!!!
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – Does that idiot really think a little bit of blood is going to slow this monster down? Hell no!!! It’s just going to piss him off even more!!!
[ Conner is leaning against the ring apron clearing his head as Mance drops the extinguisher and picks up the kendo stick instead. Mance twirls it in his hand before striking Conner hard against his chest! Then a second shot! And then a third! Conner tries turning around so he doesn’t have to take any more, but Mance just strikes him in the back instead with repeated rapid-fire shots over and over again!!! Welts are already appearing on Conner’s skin as he stumbles over towards the ring post, standing with his back to it to use as support, right as Mance now plays to the cheering crowd before aiming one final swing right at Conner’s skull, yet Conner moves at the last second causing Mance to hit the post instead! The vibrations from the blow cause Mance to drop his weapon as he waves his hands in the air trying to get feeling back in them. Conner grabs him and hits him with a pop-up powerbomb right into the steel ring steps!!! Mance screams in pain as he slides off the back of the ring steps using every ounce of energy to crawl away!!! ]
Mike Godwinn – Mance appears to be in extreme amount of pain right now as he clutches his lower back. That could have cracked a few ribs or shattered his spine.
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – This idiot has not seen what kind of pain Conner is going to bring down on him!!! My kid’s just getting started!!!
[ Conner scoops Mance up into a fireman’s carry, but Mance elbows Conner in the head and slips off his shoulders onto the edge of the ring and nails Conner in the face with a pump kick. Mance leaps onto the second rope and comes crashing down onto Conner with an Asai moonsault! Mance drags Conner off the floor looking to roll him back inside the ring, but Conner puts on the brakes and drives Mance right into the hot cauldron where the branding iron has been simmering since the match started!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Look out, hot coals are flying everywhere!!!
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – Stop being such a puss bag.
[ Mance explodes to his feet as the hot coal’s burn through his short scorching his back. The fans love it as huge red welts can be seen on different spots of his back and shoulders. Conner Grabs the steaming hot branding iron and goes right at Mance who turns around just in time to block Conner!!! Being much stronger, Conner backs Mance up against the guardrail. Mance turns his head as much as he can as the branding iron comes within an inch of his right eye!!! ]
Mike Godwinn – Conner is about to brand Mance right on his face!!! He could blind the man!!! Is this how you wanted to see this young man start his career by crippling someone?
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – Mance is a big boy and by all accounts he started this shit not Conner so get over yourself!!!
[ Conner comes within a half inch of burning a hole right through Mance’s face when the Lynch Mob rush the ringside area. Joey and Matt both jump Conner from behind and Conner drops the branding iron on the floor. Go-D has seen enough and he grabs his World title belt and bashes it right across Joey’s head!!! Matt comes over and way-lays Go-D across the back and starts unloading with closed fists right across Go-D’s head!!! Go-D is reeling when suddenly, Conner explodes at them and shoulder tackles Joey right over the steel guardrail and into the front row of fans!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Did you just see that? Mance and Conner just disappeared into a sea of humanity!!!
[ Go-D smiles wickedly as he watches Conner emerge from the sea of crazed fans dragging Mance with him. Fresh blood pours from Conners open wound as he tosses Mance over the steel guardrail. Go-d shouts out instructions and Conner nods his head before rolling Mance back in under the bottom rope. Conner climbs onto the ring apron and steps through the ropes when Mance leaps up and kicks the middle rope driving it right into Conners balls!!! Mance yanks the middle rope up and down over and over again nearly busting Conners nut sack before he pulls him into the ring and hooks him from behind nailing him with a snap dragon suplex!!! Mance gets risky and he climbs to the top rope soaring off with a huge frog splash! Mance stays on top Conner hooking his legs for the cover ...1 ...2 ...2 ½ ...and Conner powers out of that pin attempt!!! ]
Mike Godwinn – Go-D nearly pulled what little hair he’s got left on his head right there as Mance nearly pulled off the improbable victory even though he used the ropes to neutralize the big man.
[ Mance looks frustrated by that kick out and rolls out of the ring grabbing the top portion of the steel ring stairs throwing them back into the ring. Mance positions them on the mat right in front of Conner before taunting Conner to get up. Conner slowly hauls himself to a vertical base, right as Mance hits the ropes behind him and comes back looking for a Kotaro Krusher onto the stairs but Conner turns and catches Mance on his shoulders before spinning around with a spinebuster slam right onto the steel steps!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – That’s twice now in this match that Mance has eaten those ring steps. His spine has to be fractured by now!!!
[ Mance is in agony as the fans go crazy. Conner yanks him off the stairs before collapsing on top of him to make the cover ...1 ...2 ...2 ½ ...and Mance shoots his shoulder off the mat just in time!!! ]
Mike Godwinn – I don’t know where Mance is finding the strength and willpower to kick out of these moves.
[ Go-D’s eyes bug out in disbelief as he stares at Mance’s limp body before shouting at Conner to get him!!! Conner mounts him and starts pummeling him with some vicious closed fist blows. Conner stands up and sets his sights on the wooden table. He marches right over and grabs it spinning it about opening the legs and stands it up. Conner turns his attention back at Mance marching back over to the man and sets him up for another powerbomb, but this time through that table. Conner flips Mance into the air, but Mance somehow uses his momentum to go up and over and this time successfully taking Conner off his feet with the sunset flip into the pin attempt ...1 ...2 ...2 ½ ...and Conner powers out of that pin attempt!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Mance is one lucky son of a bitch. If Conner would have hit that powerbomb through the table it would have been the end of him and he knew it.
[ Conner is slow to get up when Mance hits the ropes and nails his finisher, the Knee Pad Up, Knee Pad Down (Running Knee Strike)!!! Conner looks out as Mance shoves him onto the table, keeping him there with some closed fist shots of his own! Mance hobbles over to the corner, taking longer than he normally would thanks to the pain coursing through his back. After trying to recover as best he can, he climbs onto the middle rope and turns around to see Conner right in his face!!! The crowd explodes to their feet as Conner wraps his huge hands over Mance’s head and nails the Iron Claw Slam through the wooden table!!! Conner drops into the cover ...1 ...2 ...3!!! ]
“Party in the Back” JoJo Rodriguez – The winner of this match by pinfall, Conner Edge!!!
Mike Godwinn – Unfortunately for Mance tonight, the power of Conner was just too much as he suffered through two incredible slams onto the ring steps only to be put away when Conner hit his Iron Claw Slam through that table.
[ Go-D rushes over and grabs the branding iron that is still red hot. He rolls under the bottom rope handing the device to Conner who looks down into the debris seeing Mance a bloody mess. ]
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – Get him!!! Show him who he’s been fucking with!!! Brand his ass!!!
[ Conner looks at Go-D, down to the branding iron; and then back at Go-D. ]
Mike Godwinn – Don’t do it kid. You’re better than this. You don’t need to do this to prove your point!!!
[ The crowd cheers Conner on, hoping that they can convince him not to follow Go-D down this dark path. ]
The World Heavyweight Champion Go-D – Think about it. You do this, there’s nobody in the back that’ll fuck with you!!! They will all fear you!!! Listen to me son...
[ Conner hears the word son come out of Go-D’s mouth and he swallows the hook driving the red-hot branding iron down onto Mance’s chest burning the ranch’s crest right into his bare skin!!! Mance screams out in pain as he starts to flail until he manages to get out of the wreckage and rolls under the bottom rope and staggers around the ringside area!!! Matt and Joey Lynch come to and they grab a couple of bottles of water from some ringside fans and start washing the burn mark, but it’s too late as the red branding shows bright on Mance’s baby white skin!!! Mance is incensed as it takes all of Matt and Joey’s strength to hold Mance back from getting back into the ring and going after Conner again. Go-D pats Conner on the back proud of his new protégé as together they laugh their asses off at Mance and his two idiots. ]
Mike Godwinn – We knew that this match was going to be brutal and that no ring was going to hold them in and we were right. I just hope that this is the end of their feud and they can both move on.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – I really doubt that. Mance is a stubborn fool and if I know him, he’s going to heal up and come back even dumber. Conner’s going to have to kill him to end this thing.
Mike Godwinn – I am being told that the United States Heavyweight Champion Travis Blake has a few words of wisdom before his big match tonight. Let’s hear what the champion has to say before he defends his title.
[ The videotron comes on and we see the blurry image of a hand-held camera going down a strange hallway somewhere in the backstage area. ]

[ You get the sense that whomever is holding the camera is running as the frame bobbles up and down. The shot turns a corner and we see the Guerillas of Destiny standing over the beaten bodies of the Zealots, Painkiller and Insanity. Travis Blake leans against the wall with a cocky ass smile... ]

Mike Godwinn – I think he’s an amazing athlete and the fans love him no matter what generation we are from. Folks, it’s time to turn our attention to the first championship match of the night. It’s Alexander Stone taking on the TV champion Diamond Dallas Page for the TV title. What a huge title match this is going to be. Can Stone add another title to his long list, or will Page take “Pure Gold” down with a well-timed Diamond Cutter? Let’s go to the ring for the introductions!!!

[ The sold-out crowd boos as “It’s me. It’s me. It’s D… D… P!” rocks the arena and the WWE TV Champion Diamond Dallas Page struts out onto the stage. Page walks down to the ring and climbs in showing his TV title off to the crowd who continues to boo him. Page doesn’t seem to care about the fan reaction as he hands his belt over to the referee and continues chewing on his gum. ]
Mike Godwinn – As always, DDP has chosen to walk out to the ring first. I have to ask, what do you think is going through his mind right now as he is about to face possibly one of the premier wrestlers in the Empire. Stone is one of the cornerstones here in the Empire and one of the first men to sign their contracts back in January of this past year.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – I think I know Page pretty damn well, and I think that he’s not viewing Stone any different than he did guys like Tank, Snow, Go-D or even myself back in the day. He’s a true champion in every sense of the word and I can assure you that he’s not looking past Stone.

[ “Hyperpower” by Nine Inch Nails blares across the arena as Alexander Stone walks out on stage wearing his World Six-man Tag Team title belt around his waist while red, white and blue pyro explodes all around him. The fans go nuts as he marches down to the ring. The sold-out arena cheers him as he climbs into the ring takes off his jacket and sunglasses off and tosses them to the floor. Just this past Thursday night he captured the World Six-man Tag Team titles alongside Godzilla and Maverick Edge in a classic match against the reigning champions the Bullet Club. Tonight, he looks to add to the pile of gold that he has worn this year by taking the TV title from DDP. Stone comes into this match with an incredible eleven and two record and currently sits in the number five spot for the World title. I can’t even imagine what his record would have been, if not for those two months he was on the shelf.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – That’s right. This guy is the cream of the crop when it comes to top contenders here in the Empire. Not only does he need to win this match to capture the TV title, but if he loses, he will have to vacate his opportunity in the upcoming Emperor’s Crown Tournament where the winner of that tournament will be given a World title shot. Huge stakes are on the line for both men tonight as the number one and number five contenders for the World Heavyweight title go at it.
[ DDP walks to the center of the ring and makes the sign of the Diamond Cutter right in Stones face. Stone smiles, brushes his hair out of his face, and then sticks his middle finger right at Page. Page smirks at Stone showing no intimidation at all, and spits his gum into Stone’s face. Stone snaps... ]
“Pure Gold” Alexander Stone – Fuck you and your fucking Legacy!!!
Mike Godwinn – So much for respect. This is not the Diamond Dallas Page that was the torch bearer for so many years back in the Empire’s hay-day. He’s a changed man, and not for the better I might add. He’s found this not so nice attitude with Legacy this past year
[ The referee finally calls for the bell to get this match underway and DDP immediately goes after Stone as he charges across the ring and swings wildly in search of a clothesline!! However, Stone ducks the attempt and then waits for DDP to spin around, firing off some thunderous rights that back Page up into the corner, where Stone short-arm clotheslines Page with such force that DDP is lifted up and over the top rope and sent tumbling to the floor!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – What an insane clothesline by Stone right there that sent the champion sailing out of the ring and unceremoniously dumped on his ass onto the floor. Can someone get the number of that train that just ran Page over?!
[ The fans go wild as Stone climbs down off the ring apron and goes after a dazed DDP. ]
“Pure Gold” Alexander Stone – Get up mother fucker, I’m not through with your as yet!!!
[ Page tries to crawl away, only to have Stone drag him back upright by his trunks and then deliver a belly-to-back suplex onto the steel ringsteps!!! DDP arch’s his back in agony as the crowd goes nuts!!! Stone takes a moment to high five the fans at ringside before picking Page up for a second time, this time dumping him back into the ring under the bottom rope! Stone now slips in after him again, taunting DDP to get back to his feet... ]
“Pure Gold” Alexander Stone – Get up Page!!! Come on champ, show me what you got!!! You used to be the man around here, where’s that man now?!
[ DDP staggers to his feet, turning and swinging once more but walking right into the set-up for the Stonebreaker (suplex lift into a spinning sidewalk slam), but DDP desperately battles back with sharp elbows to the side of Stone’s head, freeing himself from Stone’s grip and then staggering away! ]
Mike Godwinn – Incredible instincts by Page to sense what was coming and to do anything that it took to get out of that Stonebreaker!!! He cannot afford to be hit by that.
[ Stone shakes off the shots and then charges towards Page only for DDP to cut him off with a spinning wheel kick from out of nowhere! Page tries to shake off the cobwebs as he gets back to his feet, laying into Stone with some vicious stomps before pulling Stone up and into the corner, firing off some stinging chops to the chest leaving huge red welts. DDP then whips Stone into the opposite corner before hitting the ropes to the side and as Stone stumbles out away from the turnbuckles but Stone manages to block DDP’s attempted bulldog and then shoves him off into the ropes and follows up with a massive clothesline of his own on the return that spins Page inside out!!! ]
“Pure Gold” Alexander Stone – Where’s the Page I grew up watching, huh? Where’s the Page that we all idolized?! You’re nothen but a cheap fucking imitation!!!
[ Stone quickly switch’s behind Page and hooks him up, this time connecting with a big-time side Russian leg sweep before going for the cover ...1 ...2 ...2 ½ ...and Page grabs the bottom rope saving himself!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Stone must have known that that leg-sweep wasn’t going to be enough to put Page away, but more of a ploy to see where Page’s endurance level was at. Page needs to dig deep right now because Stone is beating him to every punch!!!
[ Stone drags DDP up and over to the corner, lifting him onto the top rope before starting to climb up after him! Stone has a superplex in mind and as he hooks DDP up, but DDP fights back with some desperation shots to the gut, managing to shove Stone off the corner backwards, sending him crashing onto the canvas! DDP then lifts himself into a perched position on the top rope as Stone struggles back up again and DDP then dives into the air, hitting a missile dropkick to knock Stone right back down again!!! Page crawls on top of Stone to make the cover ...1 ...2 ...and Stone powers out with authority!!! ]
Mike Godwinn – Page needed to hit a big move and dare I say that wasn’t it. He needs to get Stone into position for the Diamond Cutter and fast.
[ Angered, DDP lets it rip at the referee before watching as Stone struggles back to his feet, hitting the ropes behind him and this time managing to land a bulldog!! DDP pops back to his feet and makes the sign of the Diamond Cutter at the booing masses, before going after Stone!!! Page wraps his hands around Stone’s head going for his fabled maneuver, but Stone shoves him off sending Page into the ropes. Stone follows him in and drives a massive knee into Page’s gut spinning the elder statesman head over ass again and crashing to the mat. Stone drops down and tries for the cover on Page again ...1 ...2...and Page drops his foot on the bottom rope saving his ass again!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – This is Pages sixth singles match since coming back to the Empire and I have to tell you that I have not seen him take this kind of beating yet. The power of Stone just looks to be too much for him tonight as Page just can’t get his feet under him.
[ Stone clambers back to his feet dragging DDP up, only to have him resort to a cheap thumb to the eye, blinding Stone long enough to follow up with a step-up enziguri! Stone wobbles from side to side, as DDP charges in at Stone in search of the Diamond Cutter, but Stone counters and drives him down with a Saito Suplex, leaving DDP down and out on the canvas as Stone now stands tall in the middle of the ring!!! ]
Mike Godwinn – Tune up the band Pezzer because I’m hearing the fat lady starting to sing. We are closing in on midnight and the clocks just about ran out on Page’s title reign!!!
[ Stone is begging Page to get to his feet and Page does just that, unaware that the apex predator named Alexander Stone is mere feet away!!! Page staggers right into the waiting arms of Stone who drives him into the canvas with the Stonebreaker (suplex lift into a spinning sidewalk slam)!!! The crowd goes ballistic exploding to their feet as Stone makes the cover ...1 ...2 ...3!!! ]

Mike Godwinn – Alexander Stone has done it!!! He has become the first triple crown champion since the rebranding!!!
[ The crowd gives Stone a standing ovation as the referee hands him the TV title belt. Godzilla and Maverick rush down to the ring handing Stone his World Six-man Tag Team title belt. The three men hug it out in the center of the ring as streamers and pyro explode all around them!!! ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – What a win by the most decorated man on the roster with three separate title wins this year!!! Just imagine what he could have accomplished if Travis Blake and the Guerillas of Destiny didn’t put him on the injured list for those two months.
Mike Godwinn – Alexander Stone is arguably one of the best wrestlers in the Empire today. I for one cannot wait to see where he goes from here. There are so many big matches ahead of him. Folks, while this match was going on, our camera crew caught up with Shane McMahon as he had a conversation with the leader of the Cartel Felix Escobar. Let’s go back and listen in.
[ The videotron comes to life as we see Shane McMahon sitting in his office looking none to happy after watching not only Kevin Nash lose to Psycho Messiah, but Crazy Man and Messiah also lose to Massive Mike. He watches his big screen ins disgust as the match between DDP and Stone plays, and a knock is heard at his door. ]
The CEO of the Empire and Hall of Famer Shane McMahon – Yeah, come in.
[ The door swings open and Felix Escobar walks in dressed in a very expensive suit with dark sunglasses on. He is followed by Mil Muertes, Pedro Supremo (who is carrying a briefcase) and another masked man whom Shane has no idea who it is. ]

[ Felix smiles, understanding English pretty well; but has a little difficulty speaking the language. ]
“The Raven” Felix Escobar – Shane, may I say what an incredible display you have talent you have showcased tonight.

[ Shane cannot take his eyes off the new masked man standing in his office that towers nearly six inches taller than Mil Muertes. ]

[ Felix motions toward the monster. ]

[ Shane shakes his head no in disagreement. ]
The CEO of the Empire and Hall of Famer Shane McMahon – Talent acquisition? Yeah, no. The singles roster is already well past the numbers we set for ourselves over the summer. Normally it’s not a bad thing, but we need to keep our payroll down to a manageable level.
[ Felix glares at Shane through his glasses. ]
“The Raven” Felix Escobar – Maybe I did not explain myself fully.
[ Felix nods at Pedro who comes forward with the briefcase placing it down on the desk and pops the locks. He opens the case and Shane sees stacks of hundreds. ]

[ Shane smiles hearing that name. ]

“The Raven” Felix Escobar – Yes, that is correct. In exchange for this sizeable donation, you will allow Blood Hunter and Mil Muertes to wrestle in the tag team division. On occasion, I will also team with them in the Six-man tag team division.
[ Shane points at Pedro. ]
The CEO of the Empire and Hall of Famer Shane McMahon – What about him? I thought he was part of the Los Vipers?
“The Raven” Felix Escobar – As you have recently heard, Los Vipers are no longer part of the Cartel and sadly neither is Thunder Rosa.
The CEO of the Empire and Hall of Famer Shane McMahon – That’s too bad. She was a hell of a talent.
“The Raven” Felix Escobar – Let’s just say that she didn’t fit in to the Cartel’s plans.
[ Felix reaches down ready to shut the lid of the briefcase. ]
“The Raven” Felix Escobar – But if you choose not to allow Blood Hunter into the Empire, I will return to Mexico and inform my father of your unfortunate decision.
[ Shane waves his hand sin the air. ]
The CEO of the Empire and Hall of Famer Shane McMahon – Whoa, whoa, whoa; slow down. I think we can come to an agreement without getting our fathers involved.
[ Shane looks up at the menacing duo of Blood Hunter and Mil Muertes. ]
The CEO of the Empire and Hall of Famer Shane McMahon – Blood Hunter, huh? I can work with that.
[ Felix smiles evilly at Shane as the cameras cut back to Pezzer and Mike at the announcers desk. ]
Mike Godwinn – Blood Hunter? I do not know much about this huge Mexican wrestler other than he towers over Mil Muertes who is a very large man himself. What a tag team we are about to see enter the division!!!
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – The Cartel just got very dangerous, very quickly Mikey. These guys are monsters and I have to tell you, the rest of the division better be very afraid of the Cartel. Felix has torn down the house that Tito built and he has reshaped it into his own image!!
Mike Godwinn – I agree, but with the help of his father’s money it does make things ten times easier for him. That’s an advantage that Tito never had. I wonder what the owner of the Empire thinks watching Shane take bribes like this. And where the hell is the money going? I doubt like hell that it’s going into the bank account of the Empire!!! Folks, the pay per view is about to come to a close tonight with one huge main event remaining!!! It’s Godzilla Sanchez putting his priceless comic book on the line against Travis Blake, who is putting his United States title on the line. We have been hyping this match for weeks and now it’s finally here!!! Let’s go down to the ring one last time for the introductions!!!

They stop ringside by a little kid and Godzilla high fives the kid. ]
Mike Godwinn - Godzilla stopping for a moment with little Jason Drake, who recently went into remission from leukemia and was adopted. Tonight, he's here with “Make a Wish” where he had a pizza party with Godzilla.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - You beat a terminal disease and your reward is lunch with Godzilla? Kid should have just...
Mike Godwinn - Alright enough.
[ Godzilla gets on the top rope and spews some mist, but doesn't remove his mask. He hops down. The crowd boos as “Scars that I'm Hiding" by Ashes to New rocks the arena as Travis Blake walks out on stage with his US title around his waist. Paul Heyman walks closely behind him as they make their way down to the ring!!! Travis climbs in the ring and mounts the middle turnbuckle raising his belt high overhead. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - I've been waiting so long for this match. Blake is going to destroy Godzilla and sell that comic book; Godzilla's tears will be my life force.
“Party in the Back” JoJo Rodriguez – This match is set for one fall with a sixty-minute time limit battle for the US title and Amazing Fantasy #15. First the challenger, hailing from Monster Island, Japan by way of Tijuana, Mexico, weighing in at 170lbs, he is one third of the World Six-man Tag Team Champions, “The Heartbreak Kaiju” Godzilla Sanchez!!!
[ The crowd goes nuts as Godzilla blows another thing of mist into the air. ]
“Party in the Back” JoJo Rodriguez – And his opponent, weighing in at 175 lbs, he is the reigning and defending United States Heavyweight Champion he is "The Face of the Empire”, this is… Travis Blake!!!
[ The crowd’s boos as Blake takes the US title and puts it in Godzilla's face. With the mask on it's hard to read his expression but it appears he's trying not to laugh. ]
The crowd starts a ..."Let's go Sanchez, Travis Blake sucks" chant.
[ Blake hands the referee the belt and he tells Godzilla he's going to pay for that as Godzilla just goes and waits in the corner. ]
Mike Godwinn - And here we go!
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - The end of Godzilla is here.
[ The bell rings and Godzilla flies out of the corner and surprises Blake with a flying forearm. Blake stumbles to his feet and Godzilla picks him up and hits him with an F5, the crowd is going nuts as Godzilla pins for the ...1 ...2 ...and Blake kicks out. Blake gets to his feet and stumbles to the outside. He's trying to get his bearings but Godzilla flies over the top and hits him with a flipping senton splash. ]
Mike Godwinn - The champ is in trouble early here as Godzilla is on fire.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - This is just strategy; Godzilla is like a five-year-old with a sugar rush. Blake's letting him get it all out and will pounce once his adrenaline is gone.
[ Godzilla tosses Blake into the steel guardrail and follows up with a spinning wheel kick that sends Blake into the front row. Godzilla runs around the ring pumping the crowd up and building up speed, as Blake gets to his feet Godzilla comes around the corner and leaps nailing Blake with a suicide dive that sends him flying backwards into the fourth row as fans scatter. Blake is sitting dazed in a chair as Godzilla hops onto the guard rail and leaps and hits Blake with a dropkick that sends him tumbling over. As Blake lays on the chair a fan dumps their beer on him and he rolls to his knees and lets out a scream of anger. Godzilla comes running at him, he leaps for a flipping senton, but Blake tosses the steel chair up and Godzilla crashes into it and goes down landing hard on his head on the concrete. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - And here we go folks, the beginning of the end. This is all part of the plan as I said before!
[ Blake gets up and sets the chair up. He grabs the injured Godzilla and quickly hits him with a double arm DDT onto the steel chair. Blake gets up and taunts the fans. Blake grabs on a body slam position and drops him windpipe first across the top of the chair. Godzilla stumbles backwards holding his throat. Blake grabs him by the back of the mask and his tights and tosses him head first into the guardrail. The fans seem upset as Godzilla lays on the floor in a pained heap but Blake keeps the assault up and lands a couple kicks to his ribs. He picks up Godzilla and points to Maverick saying
The United States Heavyweight Champion “The Face of the Empire” Travis Blake – This one's for you!!!
[ And he lifts him up and drops him with a Falcon Arrow, back first, on the top guardrail. Godzilla pops up and stumbles to the ring apron using it to try and stay on his feet. Blake grabs another fans chair and sets it up along the guardrail, he takes a few steps back and runs, leaps onto the chair and over the guardrail, but Godzilla moves and he crashes into the ring apron and bounces off and lands on the floor with a loud thump. ]
Mike Godwinn - Was this part of the plan?
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - No, these kids nowadays always want to take the needless high risk.
[ Both men are slow to do anything. Blake gets to his knees as Godzilla is favoring his back and walking around, but as Blake is starting to stand Godzilla runs up and grabs him, he runs up the guardrail and hits Blake with a tornado DDT. He quickly hops on the apron, gets a running start and leaps off and hits a running shooting star press on the outside and the crowd goes nuts. Godzilla gets up and grabs Blake and rolls him in the ring. He hops on the ring apron and leaps for a 450 splash, but Blake gets his knees up. Godzilla rolls to the mat as both men are down. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - This is the perfect example that all Godzilla is just flash. Soon as you take that away from him, you'll find a real lack of substance and that's what Blake's here to expose.
Mike Godwinn - Well, he takes enough of these flashy moves, we'll see how he holds up.
[ Both men crawl to opposite corners and pull themselves up. Godzilla does an exaggerated shoulder roll to mid-ring and pops up and tells Blake to come on. Blake slowly comes out of the corner and puts his hands out in front of him. They meet mid-ring and lock up, Godzilla quickly spins around and places him in a full nelson, but Blake grabs his hand before he can lock it in and spins Godzilla around and goes for a headlock, but Godzilla grabs his arm and applies a hammerlock, they hand fight a little before Godzilla spins him around and hits him with an arm drag and quickly locks him in an arm lock, he twists Blake's arm and switches it to an arm bar. Blake tries to prevent his fingers from locking and quickly uses his body to roll Godzilla onto his stomach, he gets an arm free and grabs Godzilla's ankle, Godzilla grapevines his legs so Blake can’t get a good lock, Blake tries to spring forward for a headlock but Godzilla pulls up and Blake finds nothing. They both get to their feet and now pace around each other. They lock up again and Godzilla again quickly uses an arm drag to get Blake down. He goes for the arm bar but Blake was expecting it and grabs one of Godzilla's legs and flips Godzilla to his feet, he gets behind him and goes for a German suplex but Godzilla blocks and reverses and gets behind Blake, who raises his foot into Godzilla's groin. Godzilla drops to one knee; Blake grabs his by the head and quickly lifts him and hits him with the Weapon X (the Last Shot)!!! He pins for the ...1 ...2 ...and Godzilla kicks out. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - Damnit!!
Mike Godwinn - Blake goes for the finish after a dirty move but Godzilla isn't out of this yet.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - Kid needs to learn to stay down, it's where he belongs.
[ Blake seems frustrated and yells at the ref to count faster. He picks up Godzilla in a front headlock again, he lifts him for a suplex but Godzilla starts kicking his legs and gets his feet down and quickly reverses into his own suplex. He holds on and spins both men to their feet and hits another suplex, again he spins his feet and this time he plants Blake down with a brain buster. He quickly flies to the turnbuckles and leaps to the top rope; he turns and hits a Frog Splash on Blake. He covers for a ...1 ...2 ...and Blake kicks out. Godzilla tries to keep up the attack and pulls Blake to his feet, but Blake spins around and quickly hits Godzilla with a German suplex, he holds on and rolls and hits another one, another spin and hold and he hits Godzilla with a third, they roll for a fourth, Blake finally hits him with a fifth rolling suplex and holds on the ...1 ...2 ...and Godzilla kicks out. Blake signals for the end and goes up to the top rope. He lifts his hands in the air and drops down onto Godzilla with a diving headbutt onto his shoulder. He quickly applies a Crossface lock on Godzilla. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - Come on Blake, like we talked about, fingers below the chin and pull like hell.
Mike Godwinn - You actually helped him strategize for this match?
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - I have a wealth of wrestling knowledge, I want to see Godzilla gone from the Empire, you bet your goddamn ass I gave him advice.
[ Blake pulls back and Godzilla screams as he's trying to get free. He is trying to get his foot to the rope and Blake leans more of his body weight onto Godzilla to try and stop him from moving. Godzilla grabs at Blake's fingers to no use. He pushes Blake's hands onto his mask, he grabs the bottom of his mask and starts using it to leverage Blake's hands up, Blake releasing this, breaks the hold but fires a couple elbows into the back of Godzilla's skull. He grabs Godzilla's mask and pulls it off him. He gets to his feet and holds it high for the audience to see, but Godzilla pops up and we see his face paint tonight is in the style of the Ultimate Warrior. The crowd starts cheering as Blake looks confused. He turns around and Godzilla blasts him with a clothesline, Godzilla bounces off the ropes and as Blake gets to his feet, he hits him with another clothesline, ropes, Blake gets up just to get hit with another one. Godzilla starts running in place and pumping his arms up and down, Blake starts to get to his feet and Godzilla hits the ropes and comes off and hits Blake with a flying shoulder block that sends him down. Godzilla gets up and starts pumping his arms signaling a Gorilla Press. He picks up Blake and lifts him above his head, he presses him up ...1 ...2 ...and ...3 times before dropping him behind him. He hits the ropes and comes off with a leaping splash onto Blake. He covers for the ...1 ...2 ...and Blake gets a shoulder up. ]
Mike Godwinn - Godzilla Sanchez is channeling the Ultimate Warrior right now. What's your wealth of knowledge tell you about that?
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - Blake should grab his belt and head to the back before this moron hurts him.
[ Godzilla picks up Blake by his hair and holds him up, he again starts pumping his fists as Blake stands dazed, Godzilla charges into the ropes for another leaping should block, but Blake moves and he crashes into the ropes, Godzilla bounces off and turns around into a Blake boot to the stomach. Blake grabs his head and turns Godzilla and hits him with a Rude Awakening neckbreaker. He pins Godzilla with a ...1 ...2 ...and Godzilla gets his shoulder up. Blake gets up and stomps on Godzilla's head before going to the top rope. He waits on the top in a perch as Godzilla gets to his feet, Blake jumps off and hits him with an axe handle. Godzilla goes down as Blake picks him up, he goes back to the top rope as Godzilla swaggers around, he leaps and hits him with another axe handle. Godzilla goes down again, and Blake picks him up again and body slams him mid-ring. He quickly goes back to the top rope; he raises his arms and leaps with a Macho Man style elbow right onto Godzilla. He pins for the ...1 ...2 ...and Godzilla kicks out. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - Oh come on kid, you can't play to his level.
Mike Godwinn - Godzilla seems to have hit Blake so hard earlier he's now stuck in 80's heel mode?
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - You know, maybe if this is how to beat this clown once and for all, play his game of mimic, but show him you can do it better.
[ Blake picks up Godzilla and boots him in the stomach, when he bends over, he fires off three quickfire punches that stagger Godzilla, he grabs Godzilla's arm and Irish whips him into the ropes, when he comes off, he wraps him in a Roddy Piper style sleeperhold. Godzilla swings his arms around and tries to fight the grip but Blake has it locked in. Godzilla goes down to a knee, he's fading as he tries to push back, but Blake puts his weight forward, Godzilla desperately grabs at Blake's arm trying to pull it off, but Blake tightens the hold. He pulls Godzilla back to his feet and uses his strength to spin him around and drops his to his butt, he puts his knee into Godzilla's back and strengths his hold. Godzilla lets out a last desperate flailing of his arms, the crowd is chanting for Godzilla but his arms go limp. The referee grabs and lifts his arm once and it drops. The crowd is getting louder as the referee grabs his arm and it drops for the second time. The crowd has turned into a thunderous “Go, Go Godzilla” chant as the ref raises his arm again and it starts to drop, but Godzilla dramatically tosses it back up. Blake tries to strengthen his hold as Maverick starts pounding the mat on the outside cheering for Godzilla, Godzilla powers himself up to hit feet, Blake won't break the hold as Godzilla uses his last ditch to lift his feet and pushes off the ropes and they go over and Godzilla is on top of Blake for a pin ...1 ...2 ...and Blake barely gets out. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - I thought he had him.
Mike Godwinn - Godzilla is feeding off the strength of this sold-out crowd here in Vegas, he's not done yet.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - These people are morons; this just proves living in too hot an area makes you dumber.
[ Godzilla is a little woozy still as Blake grabs him, Godzilla hits him with a kick to the shin, Blake lets go and Godzilla quickly hits him with a side Russian leg sweep. He goes to the ropes and climbs to the second rope; he tugs on his elbow pad and leaps with a Bret Hart style elbow to Blake. He drags him mid-ring and quickly locks him in a sharpshooter. The crowd is going nuts as Blake screams mid-ring and is trying to crawl to the ropes, buts Godzilla pulls him back to mid-ring and re-tightens the hold. Pezzer is suddenly ringside and is shouting something to Blake, but it seems lost in the deafening cheering going on as Maverick is leading the cheers by pounding on the mat. Blake again is trying to pull himself to the ropes, Godzilla stands again to drag him back to center ring, but Blake uses this to reach back and grab Godzilla's ankle, he tugs it and is able to pull his legs free and he reveres the sharpshooter into an ankle lock as the camera shows Pezzer suddenly sitting back at the commentary booth. ]
Mike Godwinn - Welcome back.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer – What? I thought I saw a 1944 penny there at ringside.
Mike Godwinn – You’re despicable.
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - Why would I lie? I have nothing to gain here if Blake loses.
[ Blake is trying to grapevine his legs around Godzilla's, but he's putting up a hell-of-a fight. Godzilla is able to pull his leg free. Blake goes to stand up, but Godzilla is right there to catch him with a clothesline. Godzilla is starting to feel the momentum shift now. Godzilla grabs Blake up and lifts him into an inverted atomic drop, and then clotheslines him again! Blake is seeing stars as he clambers back to his feet, only for Godzilla to lift him up and Blake counters it flipping around and landing on his feet. Blake spins Godzilla around and nails him with a big right hand backing him into the corner. Blake backs up and goes for a jumping splash, but Godzilla ducks and Blake crashes into the turnbuckle. As Blake stumbles out of the corner, Godzilla unloads onto him with right hands knocking him back into the center of the ring. However, when Godzilla goes for another big clothesline, Blake ducks out of the way of both before connecting with a jab to Godzilla’s chin. Blake follows up with a sharp chop to the chest and then a jumping high knee that knocks Godzilla down! Godzilla fights back up but Blake throws him quickly into a headlock before transforming it into a takedown to the mat. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - Nice counter by Blake. Every time Godzilla thinks he’s got the upper hand, Blake finds a way to sway the match back in his favor.
[ Godzilla is trying to get to his feet as Blake is trying his damndest to keep him locked in tight. But as Blake tries to power Godzilla back down to the mat, Godzilla gets up to his feet and pulls Blake around into a side slam! Godzilla wastes little time in getting back to his feet. Godzilla sees that Blake is still down and so he walks back into the ropes to give him a bit of momentum before coming back to the center of the ring and jumping high into the air for a driving elbow that misses wildly! Blake manages to move out of the way just in time and Godzilla drives the point of his elbow into the unforgiving mat. Godzilla gets back up to his feet favoring his elbow after just missing that big elbow drop. Blake manages to forearm smash Godzilla in the face. Now Blake picks up Godzilla onto his shoulders. Godzilla wiggles around to try and get free, even trying to strike Blake but he fights through the contact and runs over to the turnbuckle driving Godzilla into the corner with a Snake Eyes!!! Godzilla’s head snaps back and his eyes roll back as he drops to the mat. Blake hops on top of him for a deep cover, even going as far as putting his feet on the second rope for added leverage …1 …2 …2 ¾ …and the referee stops the count when he sees Blake’s feet on the ropes. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - What’s that old saying, if you aint cheating you aint winning? Or some shit like that.
[ Blake is furious and isn’t shy about getting in the referee’s face, screaming at him to count the fucking pin. Meanwhile, Godzilla rolls to the corner and pulls himself up to his feet using the ropes for leverage. Blake turns around charging at Godzilla, but Godzilla catches him flush in the face with a big boot and then knees him in the gut before spring boarding off the ropes nailing Blake with a tilt-a-whirl head-scissors off the ropes transitioned into a single arm DDT!!! The crowd goes wild as Godzilla rolls Blake up for the win …1 …2 …2 7/8 …and Blake emphatically kicks out!!! Both men get to their feet and charges each other and hit a double clothesline and both are down mid-ring. ]
“The Living Legend” Pezzer - I can't take this anymore, I gotta go see a man about a camel.
[ Pezzer is heard taking off and throwing down his headset. ]
Mike Godwinn - Where the hell do you think you’re going this time?
[ As the referee starts a ten count, Pezzer is suddenly at the time keepers table and he grabs Godzilla's comic book. Maverick is cheering Godzilla and doesn't notice but Paul Heyman asks Pezzer what he's doing. The crowd is chanting, the referee count is at ...3 ...4 ...5 ...Pezzer has a Swiss army knife out and is unscrewing the nuts that hold the comic protector on ...6 ...both men are getting to the ropes ...7 ...both are pulling themselves up ...8 ...Pezzer has gotten the comic out of the case ...9 ...and both men are to their feet. Both men come at each other and start exchanging punches, Godzilla gets the advantage, but Blake suddenly pulls him into a knee to the stomach. He grabs Godzilla in a front facelock and goes to lift him up, but Godzilla reverses it and hits Blake with his own Weapon X (the Last Shot)!!! He doesn't go for a pin though, he stands in the corner and starts stomping his foot. ]
Mike Godwinn - Godzilla is tuning up the band here.
[ Godzilla keeps tapping as the crowd is clapping along, Blake gets to his feet and Godzilla blasts him with Sweet Kaiju Music (SUPERKICK) Blake is down as Godzilla points to the top rope, he hops up as the crowd is going nuts, he looks to the outside and sees that Pezzer is holding the unprotected comic book. Godzilla freezes and stares at Pezzer, Maverick comes around the side of the ring but Pezzer holds the comic up. ]
Mike Godwinn - Pezzer is being careful, but even the slightest crease can decrease the value of that, Godzilla looks frozen in fear, as is Maverick.
[ Godzilla hops off the top and is pleading with Pezzer to put it back. Pezzer is acting like he's going to flip through it and Godzilla looks like he's about to come out of his skin with worry. Suddenly Travis Blake crashes into him from behind with an axhandle. Godzilla bounces off the ropes and Blake grabs him and hits him with the Weapon X (the Last Shot)!!! Blake pins for the ...1 ...2 ...3!!! The arena suddenly gets quiet as a funeral as Pezzer screams victory. Blake lays on the mat as Maverick slides in to check on Godzilla. ]
Mike Godwinn - An eerie silence has filled this arena folks after that unfortunate ending.

[ The crowd is still upset to cheer as Blake gets to his feet. Godzilla sits in the corner as Maverick is trying to talk to him but he looks extremely disappointed. Blake gets a microphone as he holds his US title on his shoulder. He has the mic in one hand, and Pezzer puts the comic book in his other. ]
The United States Heavyweight Champion “The Face of the Empire” Travis Blake – Valiant effort Godzilla, but all for not. Tonight, you found out, your just not on my level. I'm better looking, a better wrestler, I still got my title and now, I got this priceless comic book to call my own. But, unlike you it has no meaning or personal value to me. I've already lined up a buyer and I'm going to sell this for 3.5 million dollars, and I'm going to book a trip to San Diego for the whole Bullet Club, and we're going to Pioneer Park cemetery, and I'm going to find the grave of one Josefina Luna Sanchez, and boy we're going to have a party on that grave, so your mom knows, her son is a loser, just like she was.
[ Godzilla gets to his feet but Maverick is telling him it's not worth it. Godzilla and Maverick get out of the ring as the crowd boos. Pezzer points something out to Blake and he turns and looks. He smiles and gets out of the ring and walks up to the young Jason Drake who is bawling ringside. ]
The United States Heavyweight Champion “The Face of the Empire” Travis Blake – What's the matter little boy? Did your hero not win tonight? I get it, he's an orphan, you’re an orphan and he gave you hope for a better life? Well, you keep worshipping guys like him and cancer will be easy street compared to the Hell your life will be. Take this opportunity to heart as a chance to realize who the real men and heroes you should admire are boy. Don't think of yourself as a loser orphan like him, think of yourself as a real man, like me.
[ Godzilla has had enough and walks over to Blake, he is preparing to mist him, Pezzer shouts out a warning and Blake turns, as Godzilla blows the mist Blake instinctively blocks with the comic book. Godzilla stands in shock as Blake mocks him for missing. Godzilla points to the book and tells him, it's worthless now. Blake looks and sees the book wet, soggy and covered in green mist. He turns to Pezzer and Heyman who both nod it's true, he turns angrily to Godzilla, but Godzilla blasts him with Sweet Kaiju Music (SUPERKICK)!!! Godzilla turns to Pezzer and Heyman and stares at them. They both let flight kick in and run up the ramp. Godzilla checks on Jason, and the little boy embraces him in a hug. Godzilla says some encouraging words as Blake lays lifeless on the floor. Godzilla brings the kid over the guardrail and invites his family to follow. They all get in the ring as Godzilla by Blue Oyster Cult begins playing. Godzilla lifts Jason on his shoulder as the crowd cheers. ]
