Mike Godwinn - Good evening folks and welcome to another amazing night of action right here in the World Wrestling Empire!! I am Mike Godwinn and I am joined by my broadcast colleague, and self-proclaimed Living Legend… Pezzer.



“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Let’s do this Mikey!!! Adrenaline put on one hell of a show Monday night, but I want Afterburn to blow their doors off!!! This do this!!!



Mike Godwinn – And you can all see my partner is all pumped up for tonight’s action as we will see Tito Escobar put his United States Heavyweight title up for grabs against Boris Drago inside a steel cage!!!



“The Living Legend” Pezzer – Steel cage matches are brutal enough in themselves, but you toss in any weapons your sick mind can think of and then surround the cage with the likes of the Triad and the Cartel and it’s like sticking dynamite up your cornhole!!!



Mike Godwinn – Uhm, alright; interesting way of analyzing what our great fans are in for tonight. Not sure if I can top that…

Mike Godwinn – Alright, but what I will do is talk about tonight’s other great matches. In tag team action, we will see the newly crowned World Tag Team Champions the Chain Gang take on Los Vipers in a non-title match!!! In women’s tag team action, the newly created team called S.E.X. will be in action for the first time ever taking on the Women’s World Tag Team Champions Medusa Complex in a non-title match!!! In singles action, we will see for the first time; Thunder Rosa taking on Maria Manic!!! Holidead will also be wrestling in singles action as she goes up against the Women’s National Champion Shanna Furguson in a non-title match!!! And we kick things off with some high-flying luchador action as Caristico takes on Tiger King!!!



“The Living Legend” Pezzer – After last weeks blow-up between Holidead and Thunder Rosa I am interested in seeing how these two women fair in singles competition. We know they were an awesome tag team, but can they be just as good when they don’t have a partner watching their backs?

“Party in the Back” JoJo Rodriguez – The following match is set for one fall with a twenty-minute time limit. Making his way to the ring first, weighing in at 188 lbs., this is… Tiger King!!



[ The sold-out crowd goes nuts as “Omae wa Tora ni Nare” by Matsumura Toru explodes from the PA system!! The second-generation superstar that is best known for wrestling in Japan makes his way out and runs down to the ring diving under the bottom rope. He leaps up onto the second turnbuckle and poses for the fans. ]



Mike Godwinn – This young man comes into this match sporting a one and six record. I believe that he is a wealth of untapped potential ready to bust out.



“The Living Legend” Pezzer – He better find a way to bust out because if he doesn’t, he’s just going to be called “Bust” and not Tiger King. He’s quickly being tagged as the jobber of the Empire. Tonight, he’s got a huge mountain to climb if he’s going to straighten his career out!!! Caristico isn’t going to be an easy opponent in any sense of the word. The kid’s gotta lay it all on the line!!!



“Party in the Back” JoJo Rodriguez – And his opponent. Making his way to the ring, weighing in at 180 lbs., he is… “The Mexican Sensation” Caristico!!!



[ The sold-out crowd goes ape shit as “Me Muero” by La 5A Estación explodes throughout the arena and the Mexican superstar struts out on stage. He makes his way down to the ring high fiving fans and kisses the ladies along the way. ]



Mike Godwinn – Caristico comes into this match with a five and three record and sits in the third spot in the rankings just behind Tito Escobar at number two, and Alexander Stone at number one.



“The Living Legend” Pezzer – The last time we saw Caristico he lost a very good match to Tito Escobar where a title shot was up for grabs. I’m sure that he is also looking to get back on track and if that means beating down Tiger King, I’m sure he will do it!!!



[ The bell rings and Caristico chops Tiger King. Caristico punches Tiger King. Caristico whips Tiger King into the ropes. Tiger King hits Caristico with a shoulderblock. Caristico springs to his feet. Caristico grabs Tiger King by the mask and whips Tiger King into the ropes. Tiger King comes off and nails Caristico with a high knee. Tiger King chops Caristico.

Tiger King sends Caristico into the turnbuckle. Tiger King charges into the corner, but Caristico lifts his leg hitting Tiger King in the face. Caristico places Tiger King on the top turnbuckle. Caristico hits the Alamo (a tilt-a-whirl head-scissors off the ropes transitioned into a single arm DDT) on Tiger King!!! Mike Godwinn – The Alamo is an amazing high flying move that Caristico uses to usually put his opponents away!!! Somehow, Tiger King was aware of his placement on the mat and had just enough reach to put his foot on the bottom rope!!!

Courtney “Loves” Cox – Ladies, what a roller coaster few weeks the two of you have experienced. First, back at Eve of Destruction you lost your Women’s World Tag Team titles when Holidead cheated to win. But it was just last week, right here on Afterburn; that Thunder Rosa acknowledged her partner cheated and surrendered the titles back to the two of you.



Charli Evans – That’s right. It has been a hell of a few weeks for the both of us, and we want to shout out to Thunder Rosa to have the guts to do what she did. It takes a very special kind of person to stand right there in the middle of the ring and face your partner and to not only call them out on their actions but also to strip themselves of the title belts that they worked so hard to win.
